Brand new Villa Tucan offers very modern and comfortable rooms. Located 2kms west from la Fortuna Catholic Church in quiet and isolated property. Feel like you are in the middle of the jungle with the beautiful landscape around the rooms. With only six rooms, you will love the small and intimate scale and quiet. See a lot of birds while drinking your coffee on the front porch. The pool and hot tub are amazing with a astonishing of the Volcano. So calm and peaceful, great value for money!

-We have a shared kitchen that you can use just please keep this area clean and in order!
-In the property there are 6 rooms in total
-Cleaning service included every day upon request on schedule (need to turn the sign on the door from 9am to 1pm)
-The kitchen area is separated from the rooms and is shared, please keep clean and in order.
-Free 200mbps (Download & Upload) WIFI in the room, kitchen area and pool
-We have a privileged location between La Fortuna Town and the Volcano, with lots of stuff a short walk like Super Cristian #4, Tuanis Laundry, Bakery La Delicia, Soda El Turnito, Red Frog Coffee Roaster, La Cava Restaurant, Minimarket Z13, Souvenir La Pradera and many other restaurants, also all tours operators pick up from our place
-Please reduce the noise after 8:00 pm.
-Loud music is not allowed at anytime of the day our guests like to relax and hear the sounds of the nature
-The swimming pool and hot tub is from 7:00am to 10:00 pm after this time chemicals are used.
* The hot tub heater turns on automatically from 12:00 pm to 10:00pm you only have to turn on the jacuzzi in the switch located on the pole next to it. Please turn it off when you are no longer using it!

We will do a self check in so one day before your check in date I will send the instructions on how to get inside the property. We have a gated property so our main entrance have an electric gate that open with a code I will send you this information too.
Also I live in the property with my family so in case you need anything I am really close. I have work in tourism since 2008 so if you need any information about the area or tours I can help you and you can contact me through this way. If you have a car you would have access to a free parking just next to your villa inside the property.
We are located 2kms west from La Fortuna Catholic Church our main entrance is located in front of the main road 142 the same road that goes to the Arenal National Park, we are right across the street from Pizzeria Vagabundo.
Our property calls VILLA TUCAN, one advantage of our privilege location is that all the tour companies pick up right from our place, we are located between La Fortuna town and main attraction like, Arenal National Park, Tabacon, Baldi, Mistico Hanging Bridges… here are some of the distance:
-La Fortuna downtown 2kms/1.24miles (5 min by car / 20min walking)
-La Fortuna Waterfall 3,8kms/2.36miles (6min by car/1hr walking)
-Volcán Arenal National Park 14kms/8.69 miles (20min by car)
