A great place to stay and Brigid is a wonderful host. Kinloch is a lovely, peaceful place situated on the banks of Lake Taupo.... very suitable for those who enjoy life less straight and life more gentle! Great food, great company, great stay. Thanks Brigid for the loan of one of your kayaks...

Brigid's house is beautiful. A lovely room with a very comfy bed and great bathroom next door. She was very welcoming, accommodating and I was made to feel very at home. Kinloch is a lovely little town with a beautiful setting on Lake Taupo. She was especially helpful given I was getting up early for a race the following day and even cooked me breakfast afterwards! I highly recommend Brigid's place!

Brigid is an excellent host. I really enjoyed meeting her and talking to her on all sorts of topics. She is a good source of information about the area as she is passionate about Kinloch! The room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. It is a very easy walk down to the beach and cafe from the house. I wish I had booked for longer.

This is a beautiful spacious house to stay in with a wonderful host. Brigid is very welcoming and seems to enjoy having people over in her house to stay. She was very communicative, knowledgeable about the local area of New Zealand and she was also very helpful, offering me assistance by driving me to a certain spot. She is very warm and hospitable. Great facilities, wifi, breakfast provided. Definitely recommend. Thanks Brigid!

I am an ex farmer, registered nurse who lives in Kinloch. I love Kinloch's relaxed way of life and the beautiful natural environment. I make the most of the lake and the outdoors -sailing, bush walking, cycling, swimming and not having to use a car.
I have travelled extensively and love to meet new people. I enjoy animals and have a miniature daschund, Abby, who will welcome your pets. I am an enthusiastic supporter of NZ and keen to promote its beauty with all travellers.
My home is LGBT friendly.
