Staying at Tim´s was a great choice, he really goes that extra mile to make your stay memorable and authentic! The location is awesome, very close to city centre and very convenient access to busses and the tube. The house itself is is just as described in the pics, spotelssly clean and super authentic. If you are looking for British home-feel, this place is yours. Tim himself could be from an Airbnb-advertisement: Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really hospitable. Five stars!
Again my stay at Tims' place was great. He can show you great places to go and restaurants that you never would find as a tourist in London. He is a very good cook by himself and it will be a pleasure when he cooks from time to time for his guests.
This was my second stay at Tim's place and it was as good as the first one. I recommend it for a business or travel stay which makes you feel like you are in a 2nd home.
Tim's place is really great. Every detail at his wonderful apartment is very well thought-out and he is a very attentive host who makes you feel like you have a second home. You notice that he has a lot travel experience as a tourist and businessman- so he has a perfect ability to know what you expect and appreciate as a guest.
He has a poster in his apartment which says "Always give a little more than you promise" and I think he gives his guests a lot more than that - including detailed advice for the good transportation options to all parts of London and some fantastic restaurants. Highlights of the apartment include the very well-equipped kitchen, a selection of good wines and the fireplace with its comfortable atmosphere. Because I enjoyed the stay so much I extended my stay at his apartment and I can highly recommend this place for a stay in London.
Thanks to Tim and his wonderful place, I had a grand time in London. Tim is one of the most hospitable and professional hosts I have experienced. He was very helpful with the best spots for food and locations in London. His flat was very clean, modern and cozy. Location is great. Central yet peaceful and quiet. Steps from major metro and buses. Couldn't ask for more. I had a great time and look forward to coming back soon. Thanks Tim!
Tim was a delightful and helpful host! My daughter and her roommate needed a place to stay while looking for a permanent apartment in London. This was the perfect spot. The location was perfect and had a bus stop out front that took her straight to the University. Tim was thoughtful and provided breakfast. I recommend this apartment to anyone lucky enough to be visiting London.
I had a wonderful month staying at Tim's house in SE London. The room was light and airy with a comfortable bed and crisp cotton linen. It was quiet at night yet very close to central London. Tim was a great host and I felt like I was "at home" from the very first day. The house is immaculately decorated and spotlessly clean and tidy. I highly recommend Tim's hose as a base for your stay in London.
