DESCRIPTION: This is a newly renovated studio in the heart of the busy, trendy Mission District. It's a very cozy studio with a a lot of sunlight (4 South Facing Windows). There are full black-out shades in case you'd prefer less light.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The Mission District is a fascinating, progressive and lively area. It is one of the most hip and interesting places to visit in SF. There is an abundance of restaurants, cafes, swanky wine bars, boutiques, second-hand shops, furniture/design shops, art studios and a mix of life styles.
NEARBY: Dolores Park, The Castro, Noe Valley, SOMA and Potrero Hill.
Two Subway stops from Downtown San Francisco (5 minute subway ride).
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: We are located and 2.5 blocks from San Francisco's subway system (BART) and 2 stops from Union Square (SF's city center and main shopping area). We are very centrally located, so if you don't have a car, you will be fine. But we do recommend renting a car for at least one day to drive and see sights that are tougher to get to with a bus/subway, like Golden Gate Bridge etc....

I had a great time in Susette's studio in the Mission. The location was convenient to a lot of places including the 16th/Mission BART station. A lot of my favorite places were nearby and I couldn't ask for a more perfect location.
The studio itself was lovely; bright and open. It was clean and well laid out.
Communication was Susette and her staff was effortless and the entire experience was problem free.
The studio is great and clean. Everything is prepared, with small tips on the wall and guidebook on the desk. The host is very nice, who waited late for my checking in. One small issue is that the place is by street, which gets a little noisy on weekday morning.
If you are looking for the perfect San Francisco stay in the hippest neighborhood, look no further, Susette's studio is wonderful! It's the perfect location to explore the city with tons of cool restaurants and bars. The studio itself is very clean, spacious and furnished in style and with a lot of attention to detail. Susette's team is superb: Everyone went above and beyond to help us out with all kinds of things (the airline lost our luggage etc.). Thanks again!
Susette was very helpful sending a packet full of pertinent info before we arrived which was also in a binder on the kitchen table upon arrival. The place was very clean and cute and the location was perfect for us. Parking wasn't as bad as I thought it might be in that neck of the woods. Unfortunately, the garbage disposal and dishwasher weren't working properly and we couldn't get the little fireplace to work. To her credit though, she checked in with us to see if everything was okay and we told her about the problems. It wasn't fixed while we were that that weekend, but that was okay with us and she promised to fix it for the next guest. All in all, it was a great stay, helpful people, nice spot. I'd definitely stay there again!
