DESCRIPTION: This is a newly renovated studio in the heart of the busy, trendy Mission District. It's a very cozy studio with a a lot of sunlight (4 South Facing Windows). There are full black-out shades in case you'd prefer less light.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The Mission District is a fascinating, progressive and lively area. It is one of the most hip and interesting places to visit in SF. There is an abundance of restaurants, cafes, swanky wine bars, boutiques, second-hand shops, furniture/design shops, art studios and a mix of life styles.

NEARBY: Dolores Park, The Castro, Noe Valley, SOMA and Potrero Hill.
Two Subway stops from Downtown San Francisco (5 minute subway ride).

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: We are located and 2.5 blocks from San Francisco's subway system (BART) and 2 stops from Union Square (SF's city center and main shopping area). We are very centrally located, so if you don't have a car, you will be fine. But we do recommend renting a car for at least one day to drive and see sights that are tougher to get to with a bus/subway, like Golden Gate Bridge etc....

If you are seeking a true SF urban experience, this busy district, will appeal to you.

When you arrive, you can park your car in front of the building and block the driveway while you unload your luggage (you are welcome to park there for up to 30 minutes). There is often parking available right out side the building, but please observe the "Street Cleaning Signs" -- there are certain mornings where parking is not allowed and you will get a ticket if you park there during those designated times.

  • An absolute gem in a great location. Steps away from BART, great restaurants, and great bars.

  • Great apartment. Modern and clean. Better than the photos if that is possible. Very close to BART and fantastic restaurants and very easy to get to where we wanted to go in San Francisco Susette has thought of everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable, even having the correct power plug for our electronics. Thank you, we will definitely be staying here again.

  • Susette's studio is in the perfect location and perfectly appointed to suit our needs. Looking forward to coming back again!

  • I had a great stay with Susette! The Studio is perfectly located in the Mission and was safely walkable to many attractions and resources. Susette and her Team were easy to coordinate with prior to arrival, and were amazingly welcoming and warm once I checked-in. The Studio had everything that I needed to be comfortable and was super cute and beautifully decorated. I had all the privacy that I needed, but was reassured knowing that Susette was just a few steps or texts away. HIGHLY recommend this Studio, and I will certainly be back on my future visit to SF. Thanks Susette!!

  • It was such a delightful experience to stay at Susettle's lovely south-facing studio in Mission. The studio is spacious (it looks even bigger than the photos) and conveniently located 2 blocks away from the BART. I will definitely stay there again when I visit San Francisco in the future.

  • This loft is amazing! Wonderfully laid out, conveniently located and super clean. My boyfriend and I stayed here bc his sister lives in the mission and we wanted to be close by. Great decision and we will definitely be back!!

  • What a fabulous apartment! Susette was a fantastic host - always prompt in responding to our booking and questions, providing excellent local info and knowledge as well as a beautiful and well appointed apartment. The location is very good and Susette's local tips for eating out are incredibly helpful. The only minor complaint was that there was a bit of street noise during weekend nights. Susette has thoughtfully supplied ear-plugs and a white-noise machine which helped with overcoming most of the street noise. Everyone we encountered at Susette's apartments were friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend Susette and her apartments to anyone who is keen to stay in this interesting area.

  • Susette thought of everything to make this studio as comfortable as possible. It's well located, bright, warm, clean, and quiet. She communicated well throughout the booking process and stay, and was very flexible to deal with.

  • Awesome place! Susette was extremely helpful and gave us lots of great suggestions for restaurants/shops/coffee places in the Mission!

    December 2013
  • We had a great time at Susette's studio in the mission. It was exactly as described and photographed. Susette's assistant Carolyn checked us in and very kindly let us use their printer to print some tickets. We bumped into Susette twice in the hallway and she was super friendly. We enjoyed Susette and Carolyn's recommendation of the stable cafe around the corner and other local restaurants / cafes Flour and Water and Four Barrel Coffee roasters . The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the BART (subway) station at Mission and 16th. The Mission is still being gentrified so there were homeless people and people loitering around the streets most days . We were fine with this but just so you know. We would recommend this studio to anyone wanting to stay in a fun neighbourhood with great food in San Francisco.
