Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom waterfront house in Paea, 20 minutes from Faaa airport.
Ideal getaway if you want to spend the day on the lagoon kayaking, snorkeling or fishing.
Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon happy hour with a majestic view of the Maraa pass, where the reef break attracts local surfers.

The space
We've upgraded to house in 2018 and love the result.
The main bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed and its own bathroom.
Downstairs a second bathroom and two more bedrooms with queen size beds.
All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you'll enjoy the happy hour or the early evening hours next to the fire-pit.
Kayaks and snorkeling sets are at your disposal, as well as a badminton set, books, games and puzzles.
TV with Netflix in the living room.

Guest access
The whole house is yours. Feel free to stroll along in the big backyard, you can even try some of the different fruits growing on the trees.

Other things to note
Please note that you have access to the lagoon right in front of the house and there is a big yard.
However, there is no beach.

The house is about 20 minutes by car from the airport, 25 minutes from the capital Papeete and 10 minutes from either Paea or Papara, where you have a choice of supermarkets and restaurants.
A 2 minute walk takes you to a local grocery store and the Maraa caves are just a short stroll away.
For surf fanatics, the Maraa pass is right in front of the house and the Papara surf spot is 10 minutes out. A 45 minute drive takes you all the way to the world renowned wave at Teahupo'o, a stop on the professionnal world surfing tour.
When the southeasterly wind mara'amu is on, this spot is ideal for kite/windsurfing.
But quite often there’s just a little breeze, perfect to jump into the kayaks and head out onto the lagoon with or without the snorkeling gear.
If you like golf, head out to the golf course of Atimaono, just past the city of Papara, 15 minutes by car.
Two diving centres are located in the Taina Marina, in the city of Punaauia, 15 minutes by car. They also organize whale/dolphin watching tours, as well as sunset boat trips.
