Located in the heart of Historic Melbourne Beach, you are steps away from the Ocean, Indian River Lagoon, shops, restaurants and an easy drive to the attractions of Orlando and all the adventure the Space Coast has to offer. A Bamboo grove beckons you beyond the secure private gate. Enjoy your own peaceful patio after a day of play at the beautiful beach, to relax and lounge, or to dine alfresco. Serene quiet clean bedroom, equipped kitchenette, queen sleeper sofa, and private bathroom.

The space
Developed by resident artist and wood craftsman to provide a relaxing place to unwind. The unique design with custom features has been well planned out for clients needing rest and comfortable accommodations .

Guest access
Guests will have their own designated parking space in driveway. Paver walkway leads to secured entry gate on the Westside of the home. Private patio with direct access to the suite is surrounded by fence to respect and promote private and peaceful consideration of the owners and neighbors.
Direct ocean and river access within 2 blocks .

Other things to note
The Town of Melbourne Beach pretty much rolls up its sidewalks by 10 pm. We have our own local Police station and Fire Department and good citizens who love and care about our stewardship of the Sea turtles that nest on our beach and the continuing challenge of restoring and maintaining the Lagoon to support the wildlife that depends on it.
