Large third floor walk-up on world famous St. Charles Avenue. You can watch the street car through the windows of the large front bedroom. This 800 square foot apartment has 2 bedrooms for up to four guests, a full kitchen, i.e gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave with a beautiful stained glass window. There is an eating area with table & chairs. Washer & dryer in the apartment.

The apartment is completely yours--lovely kitchen with gas stove and full size refrigerator, nice stained glass windows, sofa in bedroom, and round table with chairs for enjoying breakfast or your coffee; stackable washer and dryer in the unit and a great king sized bed in the large bedroom and a second bedroom with full size bed.

Other things to note
It's usually very quiet around here but sometimes people talk in the halls. We try not to. And uh, oh, there's Mardi Gras when it is very noisy outside with all the parades going by. We have 3 rooms on 2nd floor and this one on the 3rd. I live on the 1st floor and may bump into you from time to time if I am going to my office on the corner
