The Space

It's like living in a little house but in downtown!
Everything and everywhere is at hand: turistic sites, beaches, seafront, coffee shops, restaurants, historic district, downtown...
NOTE: It’s a basement close to the sea and (sometimes, depending on the weather) air may be humid inside. For sensitive people it might be an issue.

Guest Access

The kitchen has a sofa-bed that is not a big deal for sitting but is quite comfortable for sleeping.
There is kitchen, oven, heat and washing machine.
There is no internet but there are several coffee shops with wifi around home.
It is ideal for 1 or 2 people, and up to 4 people.

Interaction with Guests

I speak english and italian and can inform you about any visit around the city and give suggestions on how to organize your time.
I also can tell you about good eateries and restaurants with wonderful food and low prices ( If not cheap, what is the point of being tasty? :)

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is charming, with little traditional shops and very old bars.
Some of the best restaurants of the city are here, included one of the best for eating galician style octopus.
The wines area (where people go for tapas and wines) is also at hand.

Getting Around

From here the handiest option is moving around on foot but if you want to take a bus, most of them pass by here.
The taxi from the train or bus station to here goes for around 6€.
Taxi and bus stops are a few meters away from the house.

Other Things to Note

2 details that can be important for some people:

1- Random friday and saturday nights there may be people noise at the street between 3 and 5 am. For those sleeping in the bedroom it is not a problem but for those sleeping in the sofa-bed it may be disturbing.

2- With bad weather the house has humidity and there is a deshumidifier for it.
If any guest is allergic or specially sensitive to humidity, they may feel it even when the ambience is dry.

The rest is common: treat well the house and leave it the same way it was when you arrived (dont have to clean it, just don't leave it messy)
