  • David was a fantastic host. I arrived quite late, but he was very accommodating. The place is a brief walk from the central train station. The neighborhood is residential, but there are several restaurants, markets, and pubs within antes minutes walk. David has fantastic stories and the house is lovely. He also has many recommendations worth listening to around Edinburgh. It truly was a home away from home.

David is really a great and responsive host, will be very glad to meet him again!

    Thank you David!

  • David is a very attentive and friendly host. We had the joy to try his porridge (excellent), and to stay in his pretty little garden. Our room was cozy and as described. We always felt very welcome and would come back any time.

  • We were a group of 5 heading to Edinburgh's Hogmanay festival. We were lucky to stumble across David's room on airbnb . The room was decorated well (with insightful photos taken by David). The beds, sheets and towels provided were clean. From the moment we arrived, all the way until our departure, David was a gracious, kind and informative host. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his home. He prepared a great breakfast which was served elegantly and is great value. We strongly recommend David's apartment and we would not hesitate to stay there again when we are visiting Edinburgh.
