No smoking and no pets, I'm afraid. As this is a detached house, you can play music as loud as you wish, as long as you keep the windows closed.
Smoking on the outside patio is accepted, but please do keep the terrace-doors closed while smoking.
I stay for a short period of time at Emil's place. It is absolutely wonderful and definitely one of the most welcoming and charming townhouses in Copenhagen. Communication with the host was instant, easy and welcome friendly. The house is located very central. I can strongly recommend staying here.
We had an amazing stay in the little town house in Copenhagen. The apartment is beautiful, the location is fantastic right in between Vesterbro and Frederiksberg, and the host Emil is incredibly helpful and hospitable. We loved this place and would love to come back!
The Townhouse was beautiful. It is in a wonderful location, close to shopping and sightseeing. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the neighborhood has nice restaurants. Emil's reccommendations were terrific.
Apartment is beautifully styled, in a great location. Emil was most helpful with supplying suggestions of places to eat and answering any questions we had promptly.
The townhouse is beautiful... just as it appears in the photos. Very clean and well kept. The bed is very comfortable. A wonderful neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. Close enough to walk to the city center in a lovely tree lined neighborhood close to a magnificent park. I highly recommend it!
The house is lovely, very, very clean. Everything is comfortable, everything is in good working order. The neighborhood is great. We ate at a little Italian place around the corner where they instantly made us feel like regulars. The location is convenient and after I figured out how to use the 6A bus, I felt like a Copenhagener!! Emil was very helpful and very available to address any issue. Thanks, Emil! We had a lovely 5 nights.

I'm a professional male, working in the entertainment industry. I travel a lot and both my homes are usually available all year around. My passions are, besides travelling, food and architecture, which translates to the way I've designed both homes - huge kitchens and beautifully crafted and designed furniture.
I'm looking forward to welcoming you in my home.
