You are in the absolute prime area of Copenhagen. This particular zip code boasts the highest square meter price in the country, with good reason. Shopping, restaurants, cafés, lush parks literally around the corner.
Bus runs outside the door, subway 7 minutes walk away. Designated parking spot available upon request.
No smoking and no pets, I'm afraid. As this is a detached house, you can play music as loud as you wish, as long as you keep the windows closed.
Smoking on the outside patio is accepted, but please do keep the terrace-doors closed while smoking.

The apartment was beautiful with stylish Danish design furniture. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was lovely & we enjoyed some home cooked meal -there are plenty of good stores very close by for supplies. The location was an easy walk into town but we found cycling here is the way to go. Arrangements on arrival were easy with manual, directions and key. We would definitely go back to this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone.
This neighbourhood of Copenhagen is charming, right on the boundary of the busy Vesterbo area and tranquil Frederiksberg areas. That means that great Thai takeaway is a short walk one way, whilst peaceful (and lovely) breakfast on the street is a few steps in the other direction. Bus links are plentiful, though the city is very walkable too directly from the apartment.
Instructions for arrival were all one could require, and the Metro from Kastrup airport was only a short walk. The apartment itself was as pictured and described in the listing, though warnings about wearing shoes indoors and touching the walls (whilst understandable given the light surfaces) did make one slightly neurotic.
The long weekend we spent here was wonderful, and the separateness of the apartment from the rest of the development was freeing. The weather was very warm during our visit which was slightly problematic overnight as noise from a neighbour's party at the front and neighbourhood get-togethers at the rear of the property meant that it wasn't possible to have the windows open. It was good that the shared deck on top of the bedroom was not noisy at night.
If one embraces the urban environment of this apartment and its consequent external nighttime vibe (earplugs helped me when neighbours were enjoying the late night warmth outside), then it is a very enjoyable, pleasant and fashionable apartment.
Older people may find the short flights of stairs from room to room (each main room being on a separate level) somewhat steep in relation to the width of the treads, especially bare-footed as requested by the hosts. But will also appreciate the sense of independence that the apartment has from the rest of the development. Anyone under 6 foot will fit under the shower head of the over-bath shower, and the upper wardrobe rail left free for hanging clothes was useful.
The Sonos sound system with streaming of a favourite radio station was very welcome, and the apartment felt light, bright and airy in the daytime, and cosy at night (albeit without window coverings in the lounge facing into the courtyard). Despite that, there was still a sense of privacy and mutual respect from other apartments.
The apartment felt very clean and we had access to all implements that we required. The recommendations for the neighbourhood in the house manual were accurate and appropriate, and we were glad that we followed many of them including sit-down restaurants, take-away, and breakfast. There were great running/ jogging routes around the apartment if that is of interest, and also safe and interesting walking.
Most definately recommended. Thank you, Emil.
Nyinstandsat lys lejlighed, moderne indrettet. Der var flot rengjort, og klar til at rykke ind i. Levede fint op til vores forventninger.
Apartment was beautiful! Spotlessly clean and very welcoming. We loved the location and enjoyed many pleasant walks to the tourist attractions. Emil did everything he said he would do - from emailing the house manual a week prior to our stay to leaving the keys in the location we discussed...everything went seamlessly. Would highly recommend this apartment.
