Amazing place in the best location, just around the corner from one of the hippest streets in Copenhagen.
The house is beautiful and, whilst absolutely stunning decoratively still really comfortable. In a private courtyard, it's very quiet but on top of everything that this wonderful city has to offer.
Emil was charm personified and extremely helpful.
Wish we could keep this a secret but feel compelled to heartily recommend.
We had a wonderfull stay in Emil's beautiful house! The location is great and the design inspiring. Emil responded very quickly to all our questions.
Great place, great location, cozy and well set up for a Copenhagen visit. Emil was responsive to all our questions, the townhouse is perfectly appointed and the surrounding area is chic with everything you need in terms of shopping and groceries. It was the perfect spot for our family's winter vacation.
We had an exellent stay in Hannah and Emil's wonderful house. It's placed within walking distance from the center, Tivoli, Zoo and close to a good grocery store and super take-away restaurants. The house and interior was beautiful and as good as I expected from the fotos. My only concern was to make marks on the posh floor or tables. You should have diciplined children to stay here with them if they are as young as ours (1 and 2,5). The standard and cleaning was great, exept a small minus for the bathroom. I will like to come back sometime and would recomend both Hanna and Emil as hosts and the house.
We rented Hannah's apartment for five nights in November and would happily return - it is much better than staying in a hotel (as long as you don't mind making your own breakfast). The apartment is just as it looks in the photographs - very comfortable, elegant, quiet and relaxing. The location is excellent and the hosts were very obliging. I highly recommend it.
Hannah and Emily's apartment is picture perfect.
You can tell they put an incredible amount of thought and care into the apartment, and its maintenance, as everything was spotless. It proved an ideal place to work, and I only wish I would have had more time to hang out there. The only negative things I have to say are that the lack of blinds/window coverings in the bedroom took a little getting used to, and not having a place to hang my dress clothes was inconvenient. Otherwise, the place met all my needs and then some, particularly as the shower had very hot water.
The location is great, with some very very good cafe and restaurant choices with 5/10 minutes walking.
Hannah and Emil’s home was fantastic! Emails were answered promptly.
Location: Great location, very close to 2 different bus stops. Getting around from the house was so easy and convenient. Also, just down the street from a large grocery store, Fotex. The area is quiet.
The home: Very nice with all the amenities needed for the perfect stay. The rooms are large and you never feel cramped. The bed is very comfortable. Only a couple of minor inconveniences. There was no place to put clothes so we had our suitcases laid out in the foyer. The other, stairs everywhere! No problem for us, but could be a problem for older couples or those with knee problems. Of course, it is Europe and stairs are the norm.
It was a pleasure cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can walk out to the charming garden where they have a table and chairs. The instructions provided for the oven, microwave, and dishwasher were perfect. We’ve stayed in many apartments and have always had problems turning on the appliances, but not here.
The living room is large and the sofa is very comfortable. The TV receives numerous channels, many of which are in English.
Floor plan: You walk in the main front door to a nice size foyer. Directly to your right is the large bathroom with a shower/tub, toilet and sink. To your left you’ll see 2 sets of stairs, one going down to the kitchen and the other up to the living room. Once in the living room, you’ll see another set of stairs leading up to the bedroom.
Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in another building just a few steps away, not in the home itself.
We would stay in their home again!
Superb place. Very private and cozy, yet placed in the middle of Copenhagen with endless possibilities. Urban luxury at its best! :)
The townhouse was immaculate and just as pictured. The furnishings are not only design magazine-worthy, but quite comfortable as well! We had a lovely time staying here and would highly recommend.
Hosts Emil and Hannah were accessible and a pleasure to deal with.
Location is excellent, close to many restaurants and shopping and a short walk to the center of town, but still feels very private and tucked away.
Hannah & Emil's place is gorgeous, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay during our visit to Copenhagen. The apartment is stylish and luxurious, with beautiful furnishings and also in a very quiet block. The location is fantastic and only five minutes walk to many great restaurants, cafes, bars and bus stop. Hannah & Emil provide several restaurant recommendations in the area which were all fantastic. Definitely would stay here again on my next visit!
