Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Intimate cozy efficiency apartment. Love the sound of rain on a tin roof, then this is your place. This is a small space with a lot packed into it. Feel free to cook with any herbs on the property in the front flower beds and partake in heirloom tomatoes when in season.

Quiet yet easily accessible.

Owners live a block away. The whole upstairs efficiency apartment is yours to use. No one else resides at the residence or downstairs.

Space is not suitable for children.

The space
The kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove for preparing meals on site. The kitchen is available for guests to use cups, glasses, flatware, daily plates, either paper or glass, pots and pans, and microwave etc. There is no dishwasher.
Cereal, oatmeal, or grits that you prepare on site, are provided for breakfast. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and condiments supplied.
King size pillow top bed in the bedroom.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire upper level of the carriage house. You will need to ascend stairs to get to the apartment. Complimentary unlimited WiFi on the property. Feel free to use the bar in the kitchen for your laptop, traveling work space, or meals. Cable TV provided.
