Stay in your private 3BR, 2BA section of our lakefront home. Paddle from the dock, relax in the hot tub or sauna and enjoy mornings on the balcony with coffee. You’re moments from Willy Street restaurants and right on the bike path.

Inside, find a full kitchen, comfy living spaces. Two parking spots included. Spend days on the water or exploring the city and evenings grilling or roasting marshmallows by the fire.

Paddleboards included. Pontoon rental available in warmer months.

The space
We live on-site in a separate lower-level unit with our own private entrance. Your space is entirely private with no shared interior areas, and we never enter it during your stay. You’ll have a private balcony with a grill and dining area. The sauna, hot tub, and yard are shared only with us (no other guests). We prioritize your use.

Our home is in the heart of Madison, yet the lakeside setting feels peaceful and tucked away.

• 2 miles to University of Wisconsin–Madison
• Less than 3 miles to Alliant Energy Center & Camp Randall Stadium

Sleeping Arrangements:
Main Floor
• Queen bedroom with private bathroom
Upper Floor
• Lakeview primary bedroom with queen bed + two sofa beds
• Second bedroom with queen bed + single trundle
• Full bathroom shared between upstairs rooms
The living room sofa can also be used for sleeping, and additional mattresses are available upon request.

Guests have private access to the upper portion of the home, including the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, balcony, and grill.

Outdoor spaces, the dock, hot tub, sauna, paddleboards and firepit are shared with the owners, with priority use for you.

Two dedicated parking spaces are included.
