Located on the corner across from a park - this newly renovated, newly & fully furnished detached Studio is within a mile of Downtown OKC, Chesapeake Arena, & Cox Convention Center. Also 2 blocks north of OU Medical Center/OUHSC & within walking distance of the Capitol. Convenient access to all major interstates 35/40/235.

This place is well-suited for an individual traveler, business traveler, or couples. Access to the connected garage for parking as well.

The space
Enjoy your stay at this comfortable and quiet retreat tucked away in the heart of the city. Small, but spacious - this cozy Studio is perfectly lit with a large window looking out onto the parks across the street, but also has blackout curtains to ensure a great nights rest! Inside, you'll find new furniture, a new Serta queen-size bed (seriously comfortable), coffee maker, all new appliances, WiFi, 50" Smart TV, and a newly renovated kitchen sufficiently equipped to meet your needs. Feel free to use whatever you find!

The Studio is completely separate and detached from the main house - a historic, beautiful home built in the 1920s. I live in the main home and I have two very friendly pups who remain indoors but will be out in the backyard from time to time.

Guest access
Code for the Connected Garage will be given to guests prior to arrival - this will give you access to your cozy place of stay.
There is basement access in the main home in case of severe weather - it's Oklahoma, you never know!
