Beautiful apartment on the sixth floor! Located in the heart of Frederiksberg, a nice, cozy and safe part of Copenhagen.

It's close to busstops, metrostop and shoppingareas - and there is a supermarket in the building.

This apartment has it all

There is a washingmachine under the microwave. Soap (powder) is on top of the fridge
The dishwasher is next to the zink – tabs are under the zink
Please feel free to eat whatever food I have in the kitchen

The chute is just to the left of the elevators. If you have trash that don’t fit, there is a bigger container in level -1 (parking basement)

There is a supermarket (Kvickly) in the ground floor of the building. It is a bit expensive. If you walk pass it and around the corner, there are two supermarkets, that are a bit cheaper (Fakta and Netto).
There is a shopping center down Falkoner Alle. It’s called Frederiksberg Centret, and here you can shop clothes, shoes, beautyproducts etc. It is also where the nearest post office is located

Please don’t…
•use the walk-in closet
•smoke inside the appartment
•host parties
•wear shoes inside the apartment
•bring pets

When you leave, please lock the door and slide the keys through the mail slide

We loved our time at this flat. Christina arranged to have the keys ready for us to pickup the morning we arrived. Being able to check in straight away from the airport was key!! We never know how the international flight will challenge us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and snacks during our stay. A coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher!!! All worked great!! The balcony was great, especially during a week of odd (URL HIDDEN) was nice to be able to try to figure out how the weather was going to be. We would sit on the balcony in the evening to figure out our dinner plans. Watching the action on Faulkner Alle was very fun!! Christina did mention that the flat was 20mins from downtown, but I'm not sure I really anticipated that being so far. We used it to our advantage, though, and found cool places in the neighborhood too. In the end, being a bit farther from downtown was good. We got to explore Fredericksberg and get in really good walks every day. We'd definitely recommend the flat to other friends visiting the area.

The kitchen is great, the location is great. The apartment is roomy and the pictures are accurate. Grocery shopping has never been easier, just take the elevator. We did not use public transportation but there is a bus stop at the front door. Parking is workable if not plentiful. The area is lively and sometimes noisy.

The location was convenient to the bus and metro, as well as several bike shops for rentals and a city bike location. We used Unique Bikes which only took cash or local credit, so check on that. The apartment was as described or better. We used the washer, which is a wash/dry unit, so that may be why some guests found it unusual, but I just looked up the words on the machine and figured it out. The user manual is also online. We would definitely stay again.

While we did not meet Christina in person, her communication with us leading us to our trip was very helpful. The check-in/out procedures were simple and easy. Christina's apartment was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The location was outside of center city, but in close proximity to multiple public transit options, and in a nice neighborhood. I would recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to visit Copenhagen or the surrounding area.

Christina's apartment is wonderful. It's conveniently located to buses, the city bike shares and the metro. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a first time visitor to CPH.

Christina's place was easy to get to from the airport by using the train with a short walk. The neighborhood is a posh area with great shopping and restaurants. We were able to get around by train or bus easily if we didn't decide to walk somewhere. It's about 15 minutes away from central Copenhagen sites. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, which was convenient. The downside of that is that the building is on a busy street with buses, cars, and motorcycles until the late night. We used ear plugs during our stay because it was warmer and we wanted to sleep with the windows open. Christina wasn't able to meet us when we arrived, but she made arrangements for us to pick up the keys. We didn't meet her during our stay, but she was responsive to messages when we had questions. The views from the place are beautiful, and the design in the main living areas fit the Scandinavian feel. We loved using the candles when we were just relaxing with a bottle of wine. We didn't cook during our stay but the kitchen had everything we would have needed if we wanted to. A few things in the place were broken and we were disappointed with some of the cleanliness especially in the bathroom and the freshness of the linens. We attempted to use the washer/dryer unit and everything came out with a mold/mildew smell. We ended up at a laundromat which cost us more money and was an annoying experience. There were no sleeping pillows on the bed, only decorative pillows that weren't very comfortable. Even though we couldn't use the closet, we just spread things out in the apartment. There is plenty of room without feeling crowded in this studio style apartment.

Response from Christina Sander:
Hi Sean. I have used the washer several times now after you left, and it works perfectly. I have never had any problems with it - neither have any of the other guests. So I expect it was you, who were using it wrong. I don't understand your remark about sleeping pillows, since there are three pillows for sleeping and two decorative pillows on top of the bed.

Communication with Christina was easy since she speaks English. She was quick to respond and always helpful. Her apartment is very nice and in a great neighborhood. We spent 7 nights in the area and enjoyed the cafes, grocery stores, shopping center, and metro. Her apartment is one of the best we have stayed in our travels.
