Check out time largely depends on if I have someone coming in when you are leaving. Since I like to work closely with all of my guests to ensure they have a comfortable, stress-free stay, I have set my check in/out time to FLeXibLE︎ so we can discuss the many options available to you.
Please understand that I work an EXTREMELY busy job during the day and it may take me a while to get back to you. I always however, ensure a response by the end of the day
A shared space in my large studio apartment. You will have your own futon (the purple couch pictured above folds down into a twin size bed) with a 4 foot folding screen for privacy. Folding screen is large enough to break the apartment into 2 room-like spaces. I place it between the futon and my bed (the white bed pictured throughout) so both of us have plenty of privacy.
I am a very quiet and respectful person who will always give you the space you need!
WIFI and utilities are included.
Make yourself at home when you're here! I have a large fridge with a water filter inside, stovetop and oven, utensils, cookware and dinnerware that you can enjoy on a bar sized dining table, so if you feel like relaxing inside, all of the amenities you would expect from your own home are right here.
As far as the bathroom goes, I offer your VERY OWN shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion!! I also offer clean linens, comforter, pillow and 1 fresh towel.
️PLEASE READ MY HOUSE MANUAL AFTER BOOKING WITH ME FOR MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION︎
You will have access to virtually EVERYTHING in the city because you will be steps away from the subway station, Port Authority bus terminal and only a 5 minute subway ride to Penn Station, Long Island Railroad and New Jersey Transit. This means that not only is getting to my apartment easy, but getting around is extremely easy too! EASY SIMPLE ACCESS from ️JFK LGA and Newark airports ️️️

Hell's Kitchen is such a unique neighbourhood because it is close enough to Times Square, but is also a fresh, fun and trendy experience that isn't so "touristy". You can enjoy a world class meal surrounded by fun and interesting people from locals to world travelers. Experience anything from South African to Japanese to Californian cuisine!
The apartment is located right in the heart of Hell's Kitchen and Times Square. You are a 2 minute walk from the famous 42nd Street where you have access to all of the Broadway shows and everything Times Square has to offer. You will also be a mere 5 minute walk to 5th Ave where you can find high-end boutiques like Prada and Armani or the mass retailers like H&M, Uniqlo and Zara. There is literally something for everyone.
EVERY SINGLE SUBWAY LINE IS ONLY 2 BLOCKS AWAY! The list of trains is as follows:
Other Things to Note
PLEASE READ MY HOUSE MANUAL AFTER BOOKING WITH ME!
Keep in mind I am not a travel agency. I recommend doing your research on New York City before coming here. I will gladly answer any troubling questions but I have a VERY busy schedule which means my time is precious and limited!
PLEASE DO NOT USE ANYTHING IN MY APARTMENT THAT IS NOT YOURS! FURTHER DETAILS OUTLINED IN MY HOUSE MANUAL WHICH YOU MUST READ AFTER BOOKING MY SPACE!
Please respect my neighbors and keep noise level to a comfortable volume and please leave the apartment just as you found it ☺️
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I stayed here for a night. The place is as shown in the pics. It is not too far from Times Square and other night-out areas. Mostly you would not find Samantha at her home cos of her busy schedule. Although she is available over SMS. Ya do read the house manual, it helped me a lot. All, the things mentioned in the manual are accurate, be it the noise levels, wifi details etc.
It was ok. Sofa very uncomfortable.
She was not around a lot to answer any questions which was a bit annoying. Felt like i had to be super quite and couldn't turn any lights on in case I disturbed her. She didn't show me where anything was in the place so if I wanted to make breakfast I didn't no where anything was. Place is very warm also which makes difficult to sleep
This was a very unfortunate review to receive from Celia (especially considering it was all quite the opposite from my end, if you view her page, I left a lovely review!). My apartment is about 500 square feet and she was sleeping directly on the opposite wall of the kitchen...so I'm a little unsure how I could have shown her how to navigate through it. As for these many questions she had that I was supposed to have answers for~ she didn't ask any questions?? Lol. How am I supposed to answer questions that were never asked? This is what cellphones and emails are for when people are not around. She never emailed me, called me or texted me with questions (which I am always happy to provide as you can see from the previous reviews).
I am usually in and out of my apartment because I have a very busy job and an active social life. I would think that me not being around a lot would be a positive thing because since it is a shared space, it would be nice to have the place all to yourself. Whenever we did interact, I found Celia to be extremely lovely and very nice.
There was never 1 complaint from Celia as to the temperature of the apartment. Before I comment on this further, it is V E R Y C L E A R L Y listed in my house manual (this is why I tell EVERYONE to read it thoroughly) that I cannot control the temperature of the apartment. It states that if they are warm, they can either ask me to open a window or feel free to open it themselves. She read the house manual and she knew this. Since she came during the fall at a time when the weather can go from 70 degrees to 40 degrees in 1 night, I have a fan right on my desk. She never asked to turn it on and never did so herself.
Just to add further to this negative review I must add that I put a lot of useful information (about the space, the area and NYC in general) right in my house manual. I tell all of my guests to read it even after they book my space (incase they don't see it in the listing) to cut down on the amount of questions, concerns and anxiety they may have about coming into a foreign environment. It is a nice tool for my guests to feel warm and welcome.
She was an absolutely wonderful host! very kind and friendly. Located in a very nice aria. I got to do everything I wanted and see all the places! I had a nice trip. I think that this trip has become one of my best memories!! Thank you!!
It was a perfect place to stay. The neighborhood was a real new york place. Not like all brand new skyscrapers, hells kitchen has its special atmosphere. And Samantha was a kind landlady!
Sam was super nice! Her place is small, but clean and organized. It's an absolutely fabulous location; only 2 blocks or so from the middle of Times Square. I just got the futon bed for about a week, so we shared the space. Worked beautifully for me. Bed is about as comfortable as a futon can be, so don't expect super cushy; but I slept fine just the same. I would definitely stay here again when I am in NYC next.
