Cozy small apartment, garden use possible

The space
Well-equipped apartment, approx. 30 m2, bedroom is passage room. The bed in the bedroom is 1.40x2 m, the two beds in the living room are 0.90x2 m. The small kitchen is well equipped and we have an iron, an ironing board and a clothes rack available for our guests.
In the garden there are separate garden furniture for our guests.
By car, for which we have a parking space on the property, it is 5 minutes to the Northeast Sea Canal, 10 minutes to the A23, 80 km to Hamburg and about 50 km to the North Sea (Meldorf Bay).
