It depends on every guest and the needs of the their stay.
The Starr Pass location has spectacular views, you can golf, hike, bike, or walk to the JW Marriott for a Starbucks or hang at the restaurants or have a 5pm salute to Don Quixote. Plus its about a 5 minute drive to downtown, 4th ave, UofA and more.
While public transportation is not available, it is a close drive to nearby facilities.
Other Things to Note
My favorite part about this property is sitting on the balcony and enjoying coffee in the mornings while watching nature pass you by, the sunsets are great as well at which time you may see some Javalinas cruising the parking complex - they are so cute.

1.KEYS. GUEST KEYS are located inside the property on the console table, located in the entryway. Tenants shall leave the GUEST KEYS inside the condo upon your departure. The exact number of keys must be returned at check-out. If any HOUSE KEYS (MASTER and GUEST KEYS) are not returned you will be charged $10.00 for every key that is missing. *If the COMMUNITY KEY or MAIL KEY are not returned you will be charged $75.
5.LOCK BOX: Tenants may access the lock box by aligning the number dials on the face of the lock box until they match the combination provided by the landlord. Slide open the side of the lock box and the Master Key is inside. After you open the lock box and the front door, replace the Master Key in the lock box, slide the lock box shut and change the numbers on the combination.
6.PARKING. A reserved covered parking spot  is located along side the building.
7.FURNISHINGS. All properties are equipped and furnished to the Owner’s taste and are set up for light housekeeping. Kitchenware, Towels, Linens, Pillows, Blankets, Bedspreads, and a beginning supply of paper goods are provided. TENANTS MUST PROVIDE PAPER GOODS, AND CLEANING PRODUCTS.
(website hidden) OF PROPERTY. Tenant is expected to care for the property as if it were their own. Tenants are notified that the Arizona ”Landlord Tenant Act” provides certain obligations on the Tenant regarding care and use of the property and Tenant agrees to be bound and responsible for the provisions contained therein. In additions, Tenant acknowledges that unless Owner is notified on day of check-in of any damage or cleaning concerns, then thereafter, all damages or concerns to the property during the occupancy will be Tenants responsibility and must be reported to Owner and paid prior to departure. Rearranging of furniture is not permitted. Tenant must leave the property in a clean condition to include the following: ALL TRASH removed from the property. ALL DISHES washed and put away. ALL FLOORS vacuumed. ALL DOORS and WINDOWS closed and locked. ALL KEYS must be returned. All breakage reported to the Owner. No telephone charges. No Pet hair anywhere in the home. PROPERTY MUST BE LEFT THE SAME AS YOU FOUND IT. Failure to comply will give the Owner the right to deduct appropriate sums from the deposit.
9.TELEPHONE SERVICE. Local service can be provided for the Tenant upon request.
10.WIRELESS INTERNET. There is no password required for accessing the wireless Internet. Simply search for the Linksys access point on your computer and connect to it.
11.LOCKED AREAS for which Tenant is not provided a key, such as Owners personal storage areas, are exempt from this lease agreement and are off limits to the Tenant. Forced entry into these areas is cause for immediate termination and Tenant will be charged for damage and/or missing items.
12.SMOKING AND FIREPLACE. Smoking and/or use of the Fireplace is not allowed inside ANY units. If smoking or use of the fireplace is detected then an additional cleaning charge will be assessed. Tenants must smoke outside, use ashtrays, and dispose distinguished cigarettes/cigars in the trash.
13.ADDITIONAL HOUSEKEEPING FEES. At check-out, the property shall be cleaned to quality standards prior to arrivals. Tenants shall be responsible for the cleaning of the unit during stays and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. *An additional cleaning fee for excessive dirty conditions where extra cleaning is required will be charged to the security deposit.
14.MAINTENANCE or service requests for air conditioning, televisions, appliances etc... will be responded to as quickly as possible. There are no rebates or refunds issued to Tenants for any reason as every good faith effort is made to insure the property is maintained to highest standards. DO NOT PLACE ANY PAPER PRODUCTS (NO FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS) OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER OR TISSUE INTO TOILETS. PLACE FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS AND DISPOSABLE DIAPERS IN THE OUTDOOR GARBAGE CANS. *Maintenance expenses resulting from clogged drains or prohibited use will be charged to security deposit.
15.GRILLING is permitted using the grill provided outside the property. In the even the gas runs out, tenants are responsible for supplying their own gas for the grill.
16.LOST, STOLEN OR ABANDONED ARTICLES. The Owner shall have no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items.
17.INCLEMENT WEATHER is always a possibility. Tenant agrees to comply with any advisory statement from any local emergency authorities.
18.DAMAGES. The property is inventoried and inspected before and after each occupancy. If expenses are incurred to repair damage, replace missing items, extra cleaning, as a result of your stay, Owner reserves the right to withhold security deposits to cover expenses.
19.LONG TERM RENTALS (1 MONTH+). Long term tenants are required to provide a 30 day advance notice to vacate in writing on or before the first day of the month prior to the move-out date.
20.STARR PASS RESORT AND GOLF. Golf Course reservations and requests for visiting the Resort must be made 3 days in advance of your reservation date. Following requests to access the resort or golf course, a guest pass will be provided by the golf center to access the golf center pool.
21.MOONRISE COMMUNITY POOL/TENNIS COURT ACCESS. The community pool and tennis courts can be accessed using COMMUNITY KEY. The COMMUNITY KEY must be returned with GUEST KEYS upon departure. Failure to return the COMMUNITY KEY will result in a $75 replacement fee charged to the security deposit.
22.DISPOSAL OF TRASH. Please Do Not leave garbage on the front or back porch, as the wild life will get into the bags. Dispose of trash using the trash bins located around the perimeter of the complex.
We had a wonderful holiday! The condo exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect. We golfed for five days and the course and staff are very helpful.
The condo itself is actually nicer than depicted in the pictures. Much better than being in a hotel as you have a well equipped kitchen and family room. Laura was very nice. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a few minor appliance issues which were frustrating. To her credit though Laura was very responsive and concerned about getting things fixed and making sure that we were happy. Bottom line we would stay there again.
Pros: Cute condo. It was clean when we arrived. Great golf rates. Helpful host.
Cons: Master bed was kind of uncomfortable. Washer broke while we were there and main TV did not work.
Without any reservations, we can say this was a great condo and a great deal. We couldn't get accommodations at the JW Marriott Starr Pass for a conference my wife was attending, so we turned to this place as a backup. It was so much better than what we would have had at the Marriott, and cheaper too. We'll never go the standard conference booking route again without checking for alternatives like this.
The owner couldn't have been nicer to deal with as we were making our plans and the unit and resort was every bit as good as promised with zero issues. We'd recommend this place to anyone and will probably come back at some point.

Great little condo. It is the last unit in the complex so you have a little privacy. The pool, hot tub and tennis court in the complex itself are fine - we rarely shared them within anyone else. The condo is comfortable. If you are new to Tucson this condo is a bit out of town (quiet, stars, lots of wildlife) but only take 10 minutes to get properly downtown and parked. When we arrived there were 50 javelinas in the parking lot including a family with babies in our parking spot. It is such a nice place to go for walks.
We were one couple and are a bit surprised to see that 2 couples shared the unit. While there are 2 bedrooms, the bed in the second bedroom is small, maybe just a double or a full. If you are used to a king sized bed, this is going to be a tight fit for you. Also the dining table is a bit snug to have 4 people around. I would say great for a couple like us, or maybe a family with small kids.
The property was great! It was conveniently located near things to do, but was secluded enough. Four of us were able to fit comfortably and the scenic area was a wonderful sight. Laura our hostess, was readily accessible via phone to assist with any issues. Overall a wonderful experience and property.
