Our lovely neighborhood is very close to downtown, The Whit (home of our micro brews and wine bars), and the Hult Performing Arts Center. We're about 1.5 miles from the UO campus and close to a bus line. There are several parks nearby and lots of restaurants. We're very close to the Willamette River for biking and walking and conveniently located only blocks from freeway access.
Bus is 1 block away. Easy walking and biking.
Other Things to Note
You will be sharing our home with us. There is good separation of space with guest bedrooms and bath upstairs and our bedroom and bath downstairs. More than one bedroom will only be rented to people in a group as you will be sharing a bathroom. We have a lab mix dog, Dakota, who's very friendly and loves kids.

Best place we've experienced with Air B&B! Frank and Deborah are delightful. Their home is comfortable, private, and located in a leafy neighborhood everyone will enjoy. Can't beat the location in Eugene, either.
Great old bungalow! Deborah was a great host and it was nice we could walk to the Hult Center from their property. Would absolutely stay again when in Eugene!
Deborah and Frank made my stay in their cozy home very comfortable! They were very warm and welcoming and the house is set up well so that the guest room is very quiet with a lot of privacy. It is very accessible and is an easy walk to lots of great places. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again when I go back to Eugene.
This was such a wonderful experience! Although I have other experiences with airbnb, this was my first time interacting with a host in person. Both Deborah and Frank were ready to greet us, friendly, and certainly exceed my expectations. A perfect space for me during my short trip and I would definitely stay here again!
Deborah and frank were so friendly and helpful during our one night stay here. Rooms were beautiful and cozy! Will definitely stay here again next time were in Eugene!
Deborah and Frank were wonderful hosts and so nice to visit with. I stayed at their place for a night with a friend who had a 5 yr old son and they were great with him and set him up with lots of toys that he loved! The rooms were sweet and cozy and they let us use their kitchen in the morning for cooking breakfast. They had on hand lots of resources for nearby restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful and we could just walk down the street to lots of different options for dinner.
Deborah and Frank, Thank you for making our first trip to Eugene such a pleasure. Really appreciated your insight on the area and the school. Just returned home and it was our sons favorite. We will be sure to look you up if we return.

Deborah and Frank are a semi-retired couple. We love traveling and meeting new folks. We also love sharing Eugene with visitors as it's such a great place to live.
