This house sits in the middle of a large cattle ranch. It provides spectacular views of rolling hills and has a large creek that runs through the property. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located within minutes of Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. It sits directly off of a main highway and has parking areas for boats & trailers. House includes all basic amenities, including washer/dryer, smart TV's and Wi-Fi. The house is an older farm house, but is spacious and clean.

The space
This is a farm house that is located between Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. It lies in the middle of working cattle ranch and has thousands of acres around it. Also includes a large parking area. This house sits directly on MO Highway 7 South, about 10 minutes from Warsaw, MO. Warsaw has tons of small shops and restaurants for travelers to wander through. Pets (up to 2) are allowed but a fee of $50 per pet per stay will be included in your nightly rate. Pets should be kept on a leash when outside. Please keep pets off the furniture.

This rental has a front porch with an amazing view! We receive tons of positive reviews about this. It also a back patio for your use including a grill. You may use a large creek that runs through the property with prior permission. It can be used for cookouts, hiking, and swimming (if the water level is deep enough). The garage is not for guest use.

Other things to note
Bathrooms and kitchen reflect an older farm house. Paper goods are available for your convenience, as there is no dishwasher. There is a gas grill for your use on the back porch. Rental includes ALL basic needs for bedrooms, baths, kitchen, and laundry room. No parties or events. Must be 25 to make this reservation.
