For your vacationing bliss is our brand new, spectacular round house situated on five acres with rushing year-round creek frontage, a lovely waterfall, a pond and a hot tub. There's no other spot like it on Earth!

With a soaring cathedral ceiling and panoramic floor-to-celing windows, stunning views from every angle of the house are designed to transport you into the beauty all around whether you are in the living room, loft, tub or deck. It's not far from town, but you won't want to leave!

The space
With two comfortable bedrooms and two beautiful full bathrooms, as well as a large open loft bedroom accessed by a stylish spiral staircase, the house cozily sleeps 6-8 people. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with amenities and is open to the living areas so the vacationing cook is part of the action and the surrounding beauty. The deck is a fabulous place for coffee in the morning, reading in the afternoon, and dining at night. This quiet valley is yours: a perfect place to relax deeply by walking, reading, soaking in our spacious hot tub, star-gazing at night, listening to frogs (and the thundering waterfalls) in winter and crickets in the summer. You will feel renewed and rejuvenated after just a day in this magical spot, ready to explore the culturally-rich Gold Country with two nearby towns full of hip bars, fabulous restaurants, music shows, arts festivals and concerts. The area is also renowned for mountain-biking and hiking trails galore, fly-fishing, bird-watching, white water rafting, sailing, golfing, skiing, and our favorite, swimming in the wild, sparkling waters of Yuba River in summer. Of course, if you are a history buff or just enjoy stepping back in time, there are old mines, old railroads, old digs, and beautifully-preserved architectural delights from stone foundry's to the entire downtown of Nevada City and it's neighbor, Grass Valley, that date back to the the 1800s Gold Rush to explore.

Where you’ll be

Grass Valley, California, United States

While the feeling of privacy in the valley is absolute -- with views of the nearby horse farm in winter, and wooded tranquility from every angle in every direction -- it is located on a paved road (usually only two cars pass per day) less than 15 minutes from Old Town Grass Valley and 25 minutes to the charming splendor of historic Nevada City (Truckee, Lake Tahoe and ski resorts are about an hour-plus awaybut the snow is often ten minutes down the road where you can cross-country, sled, etc.). Clover Valley is a popular spot for bird-watchers, mountain bikers, walkers and hikers (there's even a Yuba-Bear River trailhead on our street that leads down to South Wolf Creek).
