Check In
  • Fia was an attentive though unobtrusive hostess who met all our needs and comforts whilst in her home. She left many personal touches in the characterful family apartment which added greatly to our enjoyment and feeling welcomed. The home was immaculately clean and furnished with an entire library of enticing books in every European language. The kitchen/living room was stocked with all necessities including fresh herbs, garlic and chillies from the terrace garden. We were there in October when it was still pretty warm and didn't need any heating. Frascati (email hidden)ly, gentle town with plenty going on in between our trips to Rome. The views were wonderful both over the city and from the windows into mature shared gardens and massive trees. We made easy bus trips up to the lakes and the smaller villages. One word more - visit Cantina di Simonetti - you will NOT be disappointed for its welcome, food and cost. Thank you Fia - a great stay.

  • We loved Fia's place and hope to stay again. Frascati is great town with nice parks and good food. Fia's place is quiet and relaxing.

  • I so enjoyed my stay in the beautiful town of Frascati and in Fia's family home and strongly recommend it - particularly to anyone with about 4 plus days in Roma. Staying in a smaller town like Frascati and then having just an enjoyable 30 minute train ride to Roma's Termini train station, provided the best of two worlds. The apartment is in a great location in relation to the town of Frascati and the train station as well as being cool and quiet with access to the lovely private garden. Fia and her mother Giulia were absolutely charming and hospitable hosts who went out of their way to accomodate me.

  • We stayed in Frascati for one week in April. The apartment was really great! It’s in the beautiful old house in peaceful place and with the nice private garden. We have found everything we need and even more in the apartment. The cover of flowers was over our heads when we sat in the garden. Rooms were very spacious and very high-ceilinged. We have liked antique and very beautiful furniture. Sometimes it could be a little bit cold. But there was the gas heating system. Frascati is peaceful and beautiful place. We really enjoyed it. Rome is easily reachable by train or by bus. It’s around 30 minute from Frascati to Termini and 5 minute walking to train or bus stops.
We can highly recommend this apartment for everybody who wants to visit Rome or Frascati.

  • We lived in a beautiful house with a great garden, everything was nice and clean. Fiammetta made a big effort to host us as we had a lots of problems booking it. The place was very quite and Frascati is really worth going to. We had nothing to complain about, everything met our expectations and we really recommend it.

  • I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and I think that Fiametta's apartment is a great place to stay while in Rome. It's just a 30 minute train ride from Termini so you can experience everything the city has to offer while enjoying a small Italian town at the same time. The apartment is a five minute walk from the train station and very spacious. Fiametta is accommodating and available to help should you need anything.

  • Our family had a wonderful stay at Fiammetta's apartment in Frascati. The apartment was clean, spacious and very charming, with a large garden to sit outside for meals and beautiful antique wood furnishings. The location was great - only 2 minutes to the train station which took us into Rome, and only 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants in town, with other beautiful hill towns a short drive away. Fiammetta communicated well with us before our arrival, met us at the apartment to orient us when we arrived, and was available to us during our stay if we needed to contact her. We had a great stay and would love to stay there again.
