  • Had a great stay in Frascati. Train station end of line in Frascati and takes you direct to Rome Termini. House is very nice with garden for kids and located in excellent location close to train station and supermarket. Also the area right near apartment has beautiful boulevard which leads to overlook of Rome. We would definitely stay again.

  • We highly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Fiammetta responded promptly to our messages and even met us at the station. The house has a lot of character, is very spacious, has handsome oldfashioned furniture as well as all modern equipment you need, interesting books, and a lovely garden with impressive trees. The house, the other Italian families living in it, and the pleasant neighbourhood make you really feel you're in Italy. Frascati is a nice lively town, the surrounding area (Castelli Romani) is beautiful, and Rome is not far away - 5 mins to the station and 30 train mins to Termini. To be recommended!

  • We had a marvellous visit. The garden is truly beautiful and peaceful.
The apartment is spacious and I am sure it will be cool in the hot summer as well as warm during the cooler days. Fiammetta is efficient and kind and it was a shame that we didn't see her to say goodbye. Frascati is the perfect location from which to visit Rome as well as the small Lazio towns. the apartment is within easy walking distance of the railway station and the buses

  • This was a wonderful house with a wonderful garden! Five minutes from Frascati train station (train to Rome once an hour) and ten minutes walk to the historic centre of Frascati! A perfect stay for families with children or couples who like to enjoy Rome but at the same time have a quite refugium in the cool mountains of Albano!

  • Our family had a wonderful stay at Fiammetta's apartment in Frascati. The apartment was clean, spacious and very charming, with a large garden to sit outside for meals and beautiful antique wood furnishings. The location was great - only 2 minutes to the train station which took us into Rome, and only 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants in town, with other beautiful hill towns a short drive away. Fiammetta communicated well with us before our arrival, met us at the apartment to orient us when we arrived, and was available to us during our stay if we needed to contact her. We had a great stay and would love to stay there again.

  • Fia was an attentive though unobtrusive hostess who met all our needs and comforts whilst in her home. She left many personal touches in the characterful family apartment which added greatly to our enjoyment and feeling welcomed. The home was immaculately clean and furnished with an entire library of enticing books in every European language. The kitchen/living room was stocked with all necessities including fresh herbs, garlic and chillies from the terrace garden. We were there in October when it was still pretty warm and didn't need any heating. Frascati (email hidden)ly, gentle town with plenty going on in between our trips to Rome. The views were wonderful both over the city and from the windows into mature shared gardens and massive trees. We made easy bus trips up to the lakes and the smaller villages. One word more - visit Cantina di Simonetti - you will NOT be disappointed for its welcome, food and cost. Thank you Fia - a great stay.
