Be courteous, tidy, but r-e-l-a-x-x-x. That's what it's here for.
Please, no smoking inside or around the house.
I ask that guests leave the place tidy and at least start the process of cleaning. Doing so allows me to keep the cleaning cost charges to guests low, keep people's attachment to the place high, allows for frequent return visits, and provides me with the joy of returning to a clean home. So far, it has worked well for everyone.

I enjoy the greatness and the beauty of the of the outdoors. Marin and Northern California offer the richness of the outdoors with the cultural amenities I also appreciate. I've loved traveling to, through and around over 60 countries over 6 continents. I still feel the deep exhale of coming home to a simple, beautiful, quiet, and comfortable place that I can call home, and that blurs the lines and invitation between outdoors and in. Simple touches of quality and detail matter to me. They speak throughout my home and my world. I hope they speak to a special few others, as well.
