Enjoy the expansive first floor unit in this exquisitely renovated Victorian home. This gorgeous space has the best of history with modern design. The high ceilings, exposed brick, combined with urban contemporary style is stunning. Located near downtown, UofL, Churchill Downs, Fair and Exposition Centers. Minutes from bars, nightlife, and museums. This space has 2 large bedrooms, a great room, kitchen, a large yard, covered deck, separate entrances, and off street parking.

The space
This space is beautiful. It has a grand art gallery entry hall, a gourmet galley kitchen with professional refrigerator, two bathrooms with elegant marble tile and glass showers. Two large bedrooms with historic character and comfortable Queen beds. The very modern and ultra cool great room is complete with desk, dining table, sectional sofa, TV, and queen size pull out Murphy bed if needed. High ceilings, original mantels and exposed brick throughout. The outside has both a covered porch and large covered deck area with chairs for relaxing. A gas grill can be provided on request. There is also a large yard. This unit is private with its own entry ways and with the space and luxury feels more like a rental home than condo. Off street parking and easy access to all of the interstates. It is truly a great space to enjoy the bourbon trails and best of Louisville.

Old Louisville is Louisville's historic district and has the largest collection of Victorian homes in the country. It is an urban, eclectic neighborhood located near the colleges between downtown and Churchill Downs. The location provides easy access within minutes to restaurants, bars, UofL, Spalding, The Fair and Exposition Center, The Yum Center, Speed Museum or Churchill Downs. It is a busy area that makes for a great base when visiting attractions or conventions in town and is in close proximity to several major interstates for easy travel. It is a lively bustling area very close to downtown and is not a quiet suburb.
