The Space

Fabulous beachfront villa directly across from famous Sombrero Beach in Marathon Key. Ocean views from every room!!

Three bedrooms (master with queen size bed, middle bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with two double beds) and den - with pullout couch. Two and a half bathrooms. Newer kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter top.

Sombrero Beach boasts beautiful, white sand and crystal-clear water; beach amenities include new children's playground, sand volley ball courts and shaded picnic/barbeque areas.

Three bedrooms, den, new kitchen, living room/dining room. Four flat screen TVs with premium cable (HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax, Sports package), free wifi and unlimited telephone calls throughout US/Canada/Puerto Rico.

50 foot dock, with water, electric and fish cleaning table. Bait freezer. Minutes to open Atlantic Ocean.

Backyard is private and lush with native Keys plantings.

Licensed and inspected by the City of Marathon, license number #PLR(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Working smoke detectors in every room. Rent with confidence: rent only from licensed home owners!!

Contact me or property manager, Barbara McKee! Holiday and lobster weeks priced higher($2450 to $2800). Taxes and refundable security deposit required prior to check in. (Property manager will require an agreement which complies with local laws. The agreement does not supercede airbnb's payment terms and is available in advance upon request.)

Access to entire house and yard. Garage is kept locked but if needed for storage, arrangements can be made for key and access.

Available via email or phone for local recommendations. Property manager in Marathon and available if any needs arise during stay.

House Rules

Property manager, Barbara Mckee, will contact you after booking to make arrangements for the key and payment of 12.5% taxes. Marathon Ordinance requires vacation rental guests to sign additional agreement which is available in advance on request. Guest booking the property must be at least 25 years of age and be staying on the property during the rental period. Barbara lives and works in Marathon and is available for any problems or issues that might arise during your stay; of course, you can also always contact me; however, if you are in the house, it usually means that I am not in Marathon.

Local law requires minimum one week rental for vacation rentals, so I have no flexibility to book for less. Of course, you can book the week and leave earlier.

Small dogs are allowed with payment of an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Please do not rearrange furniture or sit on furniture with we clothing.
