Michelle was a wonderful host. She kept offering to cook me food which I would have gladly accepted if it wasn't for my commitment to other meals.
The room was warm and inviting. The bed was excellent and the bath facilities were top notch.
If you like to cook, or have someone cook for you, Michelle's house is the place to stay.
And if you just want to look at the views of the Pacific and the surrounding mountains of Pacific Palisades you will not be disappointed. The photos in Michelle's ad do not do justice to the actual views from her home.
Finally, after a long and noisy day in Los Angeles you will find it absolutely peaceful and quiet at night in her home. I sincerely look forward to staying in her home for my next stay in LA.
Michelle was a dream host. She's very hospitable and warm. She has a wonderful free spirit about her.
She also provided all of the food for the small bday party that we hosted at her house. Her cooking is something special. Everything was home cooked....down to the buns for the sliders. And, everything just tasted just amazing.
As for the house, her backyard views are amazing. You have both the views of the ocean and the mountains. Unfortunate for our party, the fog really crept in during sunset and we were not able to enjoy the view as long as we would have wanted to. We absolutely LOVED the jacuzzi in rocks at night, the music all around the house, Pac-Man and even ping pong.
And, as overnight guests, we thoroughly enjoyed Michelle's breakfast and coffee.
As LA folks, I would go to her house for either small parties or to just have a great staycation.
Michelle hosted my wedding reception at her beautiful home. She created a lovely event, cooked delicious and healthy food, and made amazing drinks, all from scratch and for under our budget which was quite tight. In fact, our budget for the event was cut in half during the planning process and she was flexible enough to work with us anyway, even adding some last minute changes to our party plans. Her home is incredibly lovely and we felt so comfortable there. Every corner is filled with something beautiful or interesting or fun such as a game like ping pong, chess, or Foosball. The view from her patio is stunning. Michelle has some unconventional rules such as no standing up to pee for the men and no red wine in the house, and she is quite concerned about those rules being followed and the general cleanliness of her home. As a host, she is extremely talkative and welcoming, if a bit unconventional. Although we didn't stay the night, I imagine doing so would have been a lovely and interesting experience. My new husband and I would recommend her place and we're glad we had our wedding reception at her home.
I had a great stay at Michelle's place. She has a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the Pacific. The room, with personal bathroom, was ideal and the rest of the house is pretty amazing.
Michelle herself was a wonderfully generous host, even offering to make me breakfast and dinner. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an opulent LA experience.

About the Host, Michelle
Hello there! I have never met a stranger. Walk in my front door and you are my friend. My friends call me Martha West…Wait, the good parts! Entertainer, great cook, more knowledgeable in construction that Martha East, and gardener! Both of my parents, my grandmother and her mother are Los Angeles natives! I have never lived more than one hour from my crib so who better to tell you about this great city?
I love to travel and have been to many of the finest resorts in the world. So I know what great service is and provide it to all of my guests. From flowers in the room to fresh cucumber or mint in the water, it's the details that count.
I love all music and love to dance. I am always bopping to the music and play it all the time. From Top 40, house music to light classical , whatever your mood, I will play it.
I am very playful and very young at heart. Stay in my home and you will want to return soon and recommend your friends! Many of the photos are taken at parties that I have thrown so you get an idea of what we are all about here.
I am a USC Alumni and my son is there now and I am an avid fan. I love playing, watching and coaching sports. We have the set up for game day here on surround sound stereo, outdoor TV's and all that jazz.
I strive to live a clean, organic lifestyle and it is reflected in my food, home and the zen of this property. And if you get bored with all of this peacefulness, I can take you out on my boat and rip around the water. For a unique, life changing experience, come spend some time in my home. You'll be glad you did! :D
