Another FIRST CLASS CHICAGO property!
You've found it! Location, Location, Location,
This cozy Lakeview/Wrigleyville apartment is steps from the Sheridan Red Line stop which is the 24 hour main train of the city. This is a nice size studio apartment. Your bedroom includes a comfortable queen size mattress.
The area around the apartment includes several bars, restaurants, stores, Lake Michigan, CUBS Stadium and more within walking distance. Some of my favorite neighborhood type restaurants on my block include: Pizzeria Rustica (cute BYOB restaurant that is owned by an native Italian), El Mariachi (tasty Mexican with burritos bigger than your head), OH Fusion (Late night Thai/Sushi). Chicago is open late and open early to suit everyone's needs in food, dancing, and entertainment!
The Red Line train, on the next block, can take you to the heart of downtown in less than 20 minutes! The Red Line is Chicago's "blood line" of the city as it runs directly North to South through Chicago. Public transportation from both O'Hare and Midway airport are a breeze and will take you just under an hour. I am happy to provide you detailed directions to my place after booking.

You will not be disappointed!

We welcome those interested in everything from long weekend retreats to week long vacations to corporate rentals. This is a Non-Smoking unit and although we love pets, they are not allowed in the condominium.
Also, I will request a photo and some type of social media page to verify who you are. THANK YOU!

Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • The pictures definitely show the room cleaner than I found it. With a $25/day cleaning fee, I expected the place to be clean. I don't know when the rental had last been dusted. I ended up having a sinus headache the entire time. The check-in/out process was easy.

    Response from ChicagoDailyRentals:

Hey Josh, I am sorry about your experience. We have a housekeeper that goes through all the units and clean them, perhaps the windows were open. I wish you could have made me aware of this when I spoke to you during your stay or when you checked in, we could have send someone right away. Again we are sorry about your experience.

  • It was a great cozy place, tee made sure we had we during we needed

  • Tee's apartment was very cozy and was perfect for a weekend in the city! It was a great location--right by the red line and a Walgreens. Tee was a great host and answered my many questions quickly! I would definitely stay here again, thanks Tee!

    September 2012
  • Close to public transportation and stuff to do. Very safe & quiet neighborhood. Place was very clean with a soft comfy bed.

    September 2012
  • Our stay at Tee's place was exactly what we expected from the rest of the reviews we read. Clean, affordable, great location, easy to find, but a little loud. Tee was super friendly and extremely accommodating with our arrival and check out times. Even though he was also on vacation, he was always available by text or phone to answer any of our questions. I would definitely stay in another one of Tee's places.

    September 2012
  • The room is very small, which was not suitable for 4 people, although we were aware of this in advance. The 'air mattress' was merely a mattress topper and made for uncomfortable sleeping. The extra fees we paid for the extra people were far too much for what we got in return. The area is great though, right beside the red line subway. Also, there is this restaurant called El Mariachi that I would highly recommend for Mexican food! Words of warning: there were a couple cockroaches in both the bathroom and kitchen. It may have been because another apartment was being fumigated and the cockroaches traveled from there. Although we never met Tee, he was a pretty helpful host.

    August 2012
  • Great value! This condo is a basic place to stay for exploring Chicago. The location is great since it is only 2 blocks from the red line. Tee was a great host.
