New interior in a charming building, modern, 2 bedroom flat, A/C, high speed Wi-Fi, 43" 4K Samsung TV (Netflix etc...), excellent location! Right in the middle of the city center, close to all means of public transport – still on a quiet street, next to the charming Károlyi Gardens. Ideal for up to 4 persons.

The space
It is on the 1st floor (i.e. 1 floor up from the ground level) of a beautiful historic building, with a view over the two inner courtyards.

The apartment has a spacious living room + bedroom with a double bed (180*200 cm), a sofa, desk, armchairs. A separate bedroom with two separate beds (90*200 cm each).

In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.

Guest access
The whole apartment will be yours during your visit. High speed Wi-Fi, A/C, central heating, 43" 4K Samsung TV (Netflix etc...), radio, bed-linen, towels, blankets, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, fully fitted kitchen (Nespresso coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker, oven) is all included.

To comply with the Hungarian Tourist Agency requirement from January 1, 2020, ALL GUESTS need to provide some personal information BEFORE OR AT CHECK IN at the latest (name, gender, birth date and place, nationality and home zip code (full address is not needed)). These data have to be submitted by us to the Tourist Agency using a secure online tool on the day of arrival. This is the same rule for all accommodation providers in Hungary (hotels, hostels, apartments, camping etc....).

The flat is suitable for short- and long-term stays, whether you are on business or on holiday.

If you are conscious about the environment: the apartment has selective waste collection and was re-built with the idea of keeping energy consumption low (insulated windows and floor, energy-efficient wall-hung heating device, low consumption fridge and A/C).

Check-in time is between 3 PM-10 PM, but we try to be as flexible as possible. Please notify us in advance about late night check-in. You will be able to enter yourself using a lockbox (we send you detailed instructions, with pictures).

The flat is next to Károlyi Garden, the oldest and most beautiful garden of the city. The apartment is close to the famous Váci Street, the main shopping areas and Great Market Hall (~300-500m). The Hungarian National Museum and the Petőfi Museum of Literature are "just around the corner" (3 mins), and you can also easily reach the Gellért Hill, the Gellért Bath (Spa), the Danube riverside and bridges.

If you do not want to cook yourself, then there are plenty of nice restaurants within 2-6 min walking distance (Kecskemeti Street, Raday Street).
