Thank you! We hope you have a great stay.
I booked the east downtown house for a couple of colleagues to share when our distributed team met in Austin. They had a fantastic experience. The house is in a great neighborhood, and, important to us, within walking distance to lots of great things in East Austin (and to Rainey Street).
Julie was very responsive and helpful host, answering all of my questions very quickly! It was a great rental for us.
Our experience at Julie's house was great! The location for us was ideal - we were running the Austin Half Marathon so her house was within walking distance to the starting line, as well as some delicious eats and drinks for afterwards. Everything was really clean and well organized. This is the perfect place for two couples or a family looking to explore Austin.
This beautiful little house is so well planned and decorated! The neighborhood is quiet and full of little gems of cafes, restaurants and food trucks. And so close to Rainey St. Julie's hospitality is wonderful. She accommodated us with an early checkin, left refreshments in the fridge, and was always quick to respond to any messages and requests. Loved our stay here!
Fantastic place! The house is bright, spacious, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Julie's East Austin home. Julie has thought of everything and the house has all the amenities you will need. She programs a unique code to lock and unlock the door, which is super convenient when you arrive and you don't need to worry about dealing with keys for your stay. So smart! Four of us stayed in the two bedroom, but with the pull out couch you could comfortably fit six people.
The location is walking distance to fun East Austin bars and restaurants and a quick drive to downtown Austin. We loved the location. Thanks, Julie, for making our trip fabulous.
My two friends and I had a great time staying at Julie's! The house was very clean and very well furnished - it looked exactly like the pictures. We didn't have a car but the neighborhood was great and we could walk to many restaurants and bars. I'd definitely recommend staying at Julie's!
This house is great. Really comfortable, warm, cosy, and decked out with everything you could need. My friend and I both commented on how good the beds were and what a good night sleep we had. Location is also great, just a short walk downtown, and in a spot that easily accesses all the routes you could need. Highly recommended.
Julie was lovely. We didn't meet her in person but she was quick to respond and gave us some great recommendations for food.
If in Austin, I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring the new restaurants, galleries and stores in Austin, and traveling.
People would often tell me that our house is like an oasis right in the middle of Austin, and then jokingly ask if they could come stay on vacation. So we decided to start renting our house when we traveled. We want people staying at our house to be able to enjoy all the things about our house and neighborhood that we love - the serenity while being in the middle of the city, walking or biking to downtown and Ladybird Lake, the unique mix of high end restaurants and local Tex-Mex dives, and a thriving music and artist community.
