Ben was awesome. He prepared a great room, just a few steps from the Q yellow line, the spot was really good. He has a very chill vibe that is just pinpoint Brooklyn. I'm glad I came across such a great spot and a great landlord. Would recommend the place in an instant.
Once again, Ben was gracious and agreeable to work with and accommodated the special circumstances of the "Great Blizzard". Highly recommended, as before.
Great stay. Simple but good. Had everything we needed and easy access to supermarket and subway. Thankyou Ben!
This was our third experience with Airbnb and it was positive. The room was clean and quiet but a little tiny. It was ok for two persons. The bathroom was ok, warm and clean. This is shared with another room. The area is quiet and near the subway. Ben respected our privacy but he was really helpful, always available when we needed some tricks like the choice of the best laundry nearby. Finally we would recommend this room.
This was our first Airbnb experience and it honestly couldn't have been with a better host. From helping us out when we selected the wrong dates, to sitting down and chatting with us when we arrived, Benjamin was the kind of host that every airbnb host should strive to be like. On top of that, the location was perfect (one block away from the subway, one simple ride into the city) and the code locks on the doors made the room feel very private and safe. We also walked around the neighborhood quite a few times (even at night) and never felt unsafe or nervous about the area. We're truly so pumped to have found this gem and look forward to many more future stays with Benjamin!
Didn't get a chance to meet Ben, but his girlfriend was really nice. She gave us the keys and changed the sheets from the previous tenant. The room was as pictured but not exactly. The common area (dining room) didn't have a bed and was turned into an open closet; Other than that it's pretty much the same. It's a little tight for two people, but it was fine for a quick weekend trip since we weren't really there during the day. The neighborhood was a little sketchy at night however it was a really quick walk to the subway.
Benjamin is a great host. He was always available by text with a timely response to my questions. The photos represented the place accurately. It was comfortable and clean and there was a lock on my door, so I felt safe leaving my stuff there. I was also lucky enough to find street parking a few blocks away.

I am a musician and composer just trying to get by in these crazy times. I love to host people from all around the world and have had overwhelmingly positive experiences the majority of the time. I do my best to make sure everyone has a wonderful stay, and hope you will respect my home as if it were your own. I look forward to sharing my space with you, if you want to win me over... some chocolate from your native land is a good place to start! :D
