Newly-renovated, modern apartment located above Remnant Brewing Satellite, in the vibrant and culturally diverse neighborhood of Wellington-Harrington. The location is perfect for someone who wants quick access to: Inman Square, East Cambridge, Harvard Square, Kendall Square, Union Square, Central Square, Davis Square, Charlestown, and Downtown Boston. Easy access to Fenway, TD Bank North, theaters, venues, and the hospitals.

The space
Enjoy your stay at this beautiful, three-story, family-owned, apartment building! The apartment is situated on the second floor. It has everything you'll need during your stay: comfortable beds, modern kitchen amenities, wifi, hardwood floors throughout, central heating & a/c.

Our home is also professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soap, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay!

Guest access
The building and apartment are equipped with electronic locks for easy check in and access during your stay. You will get your code and detailed instructions the morning of your stay. There is a shared stairway for access to the three apartments in the building and your code will be specific to your apartment.

Please call me if you have any issues with the locks, regardless of the time.

There is a motion activated Ring camera located in the second floor shared hallway.

Other things to note
The apartment is located DIRECTLY above Remnant Brewing Satellite, a brew pub, restaurant, and cafe. It is a lively spot that hosts live music and other types of entertainment. It is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. You should check out their website for details on their operating hours, food and drink offerings, and events.

Given societal norms, Friday and Saturdays have a tendency to be noisier and go later than the weekdays. They close at 1:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Please keep this in mid during the booking process. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out with questions prior to booking.

The apartment is Not available for parties or gatherings. Only guests on the reservation are allowed inside the apartment.
