This classic split lakefront Cape Cod style home is located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe at Agate Bay between Kings Beach and Tahoe City.

This lovely split lakefront house (house on one side of the road and private lake access across N. Lake Blvd.) has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (as well as a crib on hand in the event you have a small child). The newly remodeled kitchen is a cook's dream with double ovens, convection microwave, granite counter tops and even a crock pot if you feel inclined to start dinner before heading out to the beach, knowing it'll be ready and waiting when you return.
There is a large, stone fireplace in the living room with a gas insert so when you arrive, all you have to do is hit the starter button and the house begins to fill with warmth. The dining area is surrounded by french doors so your view of the lake is fabulous.
During the summer months, our private beach, which is right across N. Lake Blvd., has a picnic area with chairs to take in the fabulous views. Our wrap around front deck is a great place to barbeque and our brand new hot tub is also situated on the rear of the deck for privacy but awesome views of the lake. We've also just finished a picnic/play area at the rear of the house with a firepit so in addition to the large front lawn and deck, there are many private areas to enjoy your stay at the lake.
The house is located right off the main road so it's always accessible in the winter due to the constant plowing by the county crew - and our driveway is also cleared by a private plowing company.
We do provide most of all of your household needs including things such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and lotion for each and every bath. There should be a hairdryer in every baths too. We also try to provide some other basics to get you started as well such as paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and we try to keep some basic spices and coffee filters for you too. We also provide a gas grill with a back up tank just in case you run out.

Other Things to Note
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS THAT WE GIVE A FULL REFUND (MINUS FEES) UP TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. AFTER THAT WE ALLOW YOU TO REBOOK UP TO ONE YEAR AS AVAILABLE ON OUR CALENDAR. ONCE A STAY HAS COMMENCED, THERE IS NO REFUND.
Summer rates: $450/night with a 1 week minimum unless shorter stays are allowed
(June 15 - Sept. 14)
Fall rates: $225/night for weekdays and $275/night for weekends with a 2 night minimum (Sept. 15 - Nov. 15)
Winter rates: $300/night weekdays and $330/night weekend with a 2 night miniumum (Nov. 16 - Apr 15)
Spring rates: $225/night for weekdays and $275/weekendswith a 2 night miniumum (Apr 16 - June 14)
Holidays and holiday weekends rent for $400/night
Christmas week from Dec. (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)/week (1 week minimum)
New Year's week from Dec. 26 - Jan 2 @ $3500/week (1 week minimum)
Check in at 4 pm check out at 11 am unless other arrangements made. No smoking anywhere on the property. House accommodates a maximum of 11 guests. Security deposit on all rentals minimum of $500 plus $250 cleaning fee. Additional 10% Placer County tax assessed on rental fee. Our cancellation policy is a full refund
(-10%) prior to 30 days before your stay; after that we will rebook your time as available on our calendar up to 1 year.
