We stayed at Chrstina's guest house for 3 nights. It is in a great location for exploring Florence, by foot, by bicycle or joining a tour group. Everything is within 15 minute walking distance. The room was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Christina provided heaps of information prior to our visit and on arrival. The coffee machine is a real bonus, along with the fresh fruit, croissants and lollies! Christina was at the guest house, available for assistance almost all day - she is dedicated to making her guest's stay a positive experience. I would highly recommend to stay there.
We absolutely loved our stay in this picture-perfect spot. Paintings adorned every inch of most walls, and little trinkets and personal touches hung on doors and windows. With beautiful high ceilings and a lovely private bathroom, our stay couldn't have been better. The view over the roofs of Florence was amazing, as well as the little balcony to enjoy breakfast on. Criss was very sweet and helpful, as was Roberto who helped carry our bags up and even found me a knife to cut up some cheese :) all in all, a wonderful and romantic spot with the perfect location. Highly recommended!
Maria Cristina met us right away and the room was better than expected, truly in the heart of Florence. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean with great hot water. Cappuccino and fruit were appreciated for breakfast but we preferred the delicious pastries available nearby. The patio was adorable and at night it was very quiet besides the bells of the Duomo. All in all a wonderful 3 day stay!
