I'm sorry to hear your group found the accommodations to not be as advertised. We do our absolute best to post accurate pictures and detailed description of the floor plan. I apologize if you overlooked that or the pictures of the 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, and 3 dining rooms in the photos of the listing. We cannot do much more to communicate the layout of the building's interior. Unfortunately, Airbnb does not have a way for us to select 3 full baths and 3 1/2 baths for the listing at this time, so we have to communicate that through the listing detail as well.
Regarding us bing on site. I apologize if you were startled or inconvenienced by our visit to gather linens from the previous guest to be laundered. The space where we keep them is purposely disconnected form the house with a separate entrance to allow us to get in and our without bothering anyone. Most of our guests love to meet us and speak with us when we are on site, and tell us how much they love the house and walking to some of the city's top award-winning restaurants, shopping, distilleries and nightlife. The NULU and Butchertown area is well documented as one of the top neighborhoods in Louisville with 2 high-end hotels, a new soccer stadium for our semi-professional team, and a botanical garden all under construction.
