Traveling in a larger group, or your preferred dates are already taken? You'll be happy to know that we offer additional accommodation on the property. Our estate comfortably sleeps up to 28 people in six separate beautifully designed spaces. Please browse our host profile for the complete list of listings.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition. Our estate may be rented for parties and events but must be done with approval from management. An additional fee and contract are required.

★ CLEANING FEES ★
We take great pride in offering a clean & comfortable space for you to stay. Our expectation is we will receive a used, but clean space back from you. If you use the kitchen, please thoroughly wash your dishes and wipe down the counters and table. If excessive cleaning or dish washing is necessary by the Ashling Acres cleaning staff, we will bill you a cleaning fee. We do not include a cleaning fee with our standard reservation.

The Main House is located on the Ashling Acres 25 acres estate where multiple buildings share the property, but each space is thoughtfully positioned to provide privacy and a quiet, relaxed experience.

Plenty of offerings in our quaint village such as Seven Oaks Golf Club designed by Robert Trent Jones, quaint shops, restaurants, Saturday's farmers market on the green , Good Nature farm brewery, as well as trails for hiking and biking. If you have any kind of kayak or boat we have Lake Moraine with a public launch just outside of the village!
