B&b is a quiet place where to sleep and rest after a hard touring day around city.
B&b è un posto tranquillo dove dormire e riposarsi dopo una dura giornata di turismo per la città.
Our host Gianluca was helpful and friendly on our arrival. We booked two of the four rooms in his apartment which had a shared small kitchen/dining area. It was like a mini hostel set up with excellent spacious rooms, all with ensuites. The apartment was perfect for us as we needed somewhere close to the train station for an early departure the next morning. We arrived late at night. The apartment entrance is shared with a bus stop so it had a lot of people hanging around, but in saying that, once we were inside, it was it was peaceful and quiet.
It is a great place to stay in Rome with a short distant walk from termini station. Gianluca is very helpful & informative. The place itself is nicely decorated which make us feeling like home. We booked 2 rooms, London and Paris to stay for 2 nights at B&B 128. Since we scheduled to have a morning tour in Vatican & left for Florence in the afternoon, Gianluca is nice enough to let us leaving our luggages at B&B after check out time. We recommend this place & will definitely come back to stay here again.
Excellent location and very nice clean rooms, and you can enjoy the drinks and snacks anytime you want! We had a good time in this place. My friend said there were some noise downstairs in the early morning but it didn't bother me : )
Great and convenient location, 3mins by foot to termini and walking distance to colosseum. Clean bed and bath. Though located on 2nd level, the building has lift system and builfing have secured main gate which allows only access to residents.
Gianluca es un fenomeno. Nos hizo sentir muy bien y a pesar de la dificultad del lenguaje, fue muy muy amable.
El departamento es muy comodo, limpio, en una zona ideal para trasladarse.
Gianluca greeted us very nicely at the apartment and gave us great tips about what to do in Rome. The apartment is in a great location, especially if you're going to and from other cities or just taking the bus around the city. The way the breakfast works is that there are basic things like cereal, yogurt etc in the apartment that you could help yourself to. Good stay overall.
What a wonderful stay we had at Gianluca's place! My husband and I were taking a tour of Italy with a travel group and decided to go a few days early to explore on our own. We decided to stay here because it was close to Termini Central, it was 1 block over and 4 blocks down. It was in a great location and easy to get to!
Checking in was simple and we were shown how to use the keys, we were told we could use and eat what was provided in the communal kitchen, etc. They made us feel very welcome. The other guests staying in the other rooms were very nice and we did not hear them during the night.
Our room was very clean and the air conditioning was wonderful since each room could run their own temperature. The bathroom was clean too and had its own water tank for hot water. The only problem we had was that my husband had a difficult time in the shower (he's 6'3 and I'm 5'4). The showers in Italy seem to be made for shorter people, lol. One other suggestion I have is to bring earplugs. In the early morning there were workers loading trucks which might bother light sleepers. This did not bother me since I hear this kind of stuff here at home.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Gianluca's place to any of my friends who want to go to Rome. Great location, clean and quiet rooms, friendly people, and great price...what more could a person want?!?
