About this listing
Our home for lack of a better term, is a mini-mansion, and is conveniently located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. We rent three of our five bedrooms out on this site, so be sure to check out the other two listings. Each bedroom is a queen suite with a private bath. The house was custom built and is richly appointed with custom furnishings, oil paintings, hardwood floors, and 10 foot ceilings.
We live in a great neighborhood that any guest would feel at home in. As most reviews have noted, you can walk to everything from here. There's over a half dozen restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The Atlanta Botanical Gardens as well as Piedmont Park (Central Park of the south) are a short 15 minute stroll from our house.
Our home is located in a very safe neighborhood in Atlanta. I have no reservations walking back home after a late (email hidden) and luckily there are more than a half dozen that are walkable from our front door.
We're an easy 20 minute drive from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to our house. Although we're not near a MARTA train station, we are located directly on the bus line and convenient to both the Midtown and Lindbergh stations.
We'd love for you to stay with us and enjoy some of Atlanta's finest southern hospitality.
A fun loving guy here, not pretentious in the least. There's no denying that we live in a mansion. Our home has 5 bedrooms, 9 baths, a 1,500 sq ft studio apartment in the attic and a home theater in the basement. I'd say that qualifies as a mansion, well mini-mansion.
We heard about airbnb and thought what a great idea. While I enjoy the extra income this is definitely more of a novelty for Kyle. What a great way to meet new and interesting people.
I work at what is undeniably "The wolds busiest airport". I'm a project manager for ExpressJet Airlines and have been in the aviation industry for the last 10 years.
I'm also the father of three totally amazing fifteen year old boys. When I'm not at home in Midtown, I am down in the country with my kiddo's and giving their Mother a much needed break.
