Close to Wells beach and Route 1 shopping, restaurants, and etc. Private with its own full bathroom and full kitchen that's located in the room. High-Speed WiFi, and AC/heat. Comfy Queen size bed w/ bedding linens, towels, Full sized fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, toilet paper, iron, blow dryer, and a water filter. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)

This place is amazing!! Had a huge kitchen, TV had all the streaming platforms you could want, and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze. It’s also right off the Main Street so sport close to everything, and close to beautiful water!

Overall a good stay, very clean and good price. Walls are VERY thin, so expect to hear the neighbors full conversations and TVs. Other than that, a good experience!
