We were met by host, he explained how everything worked and gave us helpful local information. The Loft is a great space, with the old creaking floors & heating adding to the character but has all modern fixtures & fittings. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The loft was clean, with very comfortable beds, quality linens, a home away from home for us. Central location, one block walk to Canal Street subway, busy street with fantastic shopping, deli's etc.
Once again, the Creed Loft was a superior SoHo experience for me and my guests. Shari, Tom, Lucie and Emily all worked closely with me to support a special production. Shari has an incredible eye for detail and styling, which made every last detail of the loft perfect for the shoot. Thank you all for your flexibility and help - it was a great pleasure being in your home once again.
We are absolutely in LOVE with this loft.
I brought my entire company to stay for a conference, and they were wowed. No one wanted to hang out in the city, they all wanted to chill in the loft. Beautiful furniture and comfy beds.
And, we were stuck there an extra hour due to business, and Shari was very graceful.
I wish I could live here. .
The experience of staying at this loft was nothing short of amazing. Tom and his children were very diligent from the time I inquired about the rental through the end of my stay. The location of the loft is very central to shops, transportation and downtown Manhattan. There's so many nice subtle details in the loft that make it distinguishable that I would hate to mention them as it would ruin the surprise. If you're debating whether to stay here over a 'downtown boutique' hotel choose the loft, you won't regret it.
Tom and his family are incredibly gracious hosts. They were very easy to work with and communicating with them was a breeze. The pictures of their loft does not do it justice. The place is absolutely amazing and you can tell that they have spent a great deal of time in decorating and creating a terrific living space. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your loft and we would love to come back!
I had the privilege of staying in this historic New York City loft during a recent trip. The moment you step into the elevator you know there's something special. When the elevator doors open directly in the loft, be prepared for an incredibly eclectic and unique space! From chairs hanging from the wall, to antique everything, the entire floor is quintessential SoHo. I was delighted to find a basket of bagels and fruit welcoming me to the loft. A binder provided instructions to all the amenities in the loft, including where to get a bite to eat in the neighborhood.
Speaking of neighborhoods, when you walk out the door onto Broadway, you are in the middle of it all! Muji is on the same street and with a block you are surrounded by the fashion friendly boutiques of Soho.
The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The living room is spacious and perfect for catching up on that book you always wanted to read.
By the end of my stay I didn't want to leave. The Creed's did a wonderful job making my stay comfortable and memorable. This is a one of a kind space that I highly recommend if you want to see authentic NYC.
Tom’s family was very nice, the design and decoration of the loft is very unique and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The loft is in a central location and it was very easy to get around. I would definitely recommend it and would rent it again.
