We will meet arrange a guided tour when you arrive.
Review the HOUSE RULES (on AirBnB) and have all your guests read them also, as you are expected to abide by these in our neighbourhood.

Annandale is an affluent suburb in the Inner West of Sydney. Annandale is located within 3.5 kilometers west of the Sydney central business district. Very close to Leichhardt, Glebe, Balmain and Newtown. Annandale's northern end lies on Rozelle Bay, which is on Sydney Harbour. Stroll along the waterfront pedestrian to Darling Harbour (2km)
Free all day parking on the street in front of Osborne.
There are buses within 80m. We use the 470 Bus to get to the CBD, China Town, Circular Quay or Central Station and the 370 to get to the Beach at Coogee. Check out the ticket system at Opal Card online.
Sydney's light rail (tram) is 15 minute walk, the train can be accessed 30 minutes walk at Stanmore Station.
Taxi rank is 80m away,
BUT the very best way of getting around is walking.

. INTERNATIONAL GUESTS - many flights arrive at 06:00 - please book the extra day if you want to Check In before 15:00.
. ABSOLUTELY no shoes upstairs. We have a glass viewing floor that scratches....
. No sleeping on lounges or couches.
. Osborne accommodates UP TO 6 people (3 couples) in 3 bedrooms.
. NO smoking in the house or garden.
. If you wish to have guests or functions, you MUST seek and gain approval prior to your arrival.
. The maximum number of people permitted for dinners or functions at any time is 12.
. This is a designer home and we expect to know the people who visit, stay and enjoy our space.
. We suggest you use one of the many great local restaurants or cafes to host friends.
. Please respect our neighbors’ quiet enjoyment of their homes by moving indoors at 20.30 on weeknights and 21.00 on weekends.
. Loud music or other loud noise is not acceptable in this quiet and peaceful suburb.
. Focus on environmental impact - solar power cells, natural light and heating / cooling.
. Plastic bottles and bags destroy our environment:
1.Sydney water is excellent for drinking, please avoid using bottled water.
2.We provide reusable shopping bags for your convenience.
. Minimise your environmental impact by turning OFF lights when not in rooms, opening doors and windows instead of using air-conditioners, etc. Overall we want our guests to actively limit use of electricity, water and gas.
