This is a one bedroom flat on a high floor in London's newest landmark development in the heart of the West End, home of the best shopping, dining and entertainment in the capital.
Perfect for the discerning single business professional or couple looking for a modern standard in a central location.
Please note that it is not allowed to smoke in the flat/building and it must be quiet between 10.30pm and 7am, the neighbours will show you the same respect in return.
The windows face the European HQ offices of the worlds largest search company, the makers of Candy Crush and the online professional networking site.
The flat comes with a range of features to make it more enjoyable to work from or relax in; Wifi (10 MB/s), Printer/Scanner, 60 inch 3D TV, PS3 (with GTA 5), Spotify Premium, etc. as well as some iconic designer furniture.
Interaction with Guests
We meet, I'll show you the flat and how things work, I'll hand over the keys. If you need any recommendations I'd be happy to help otherwise I'll leave you to discover the area for yourself. We will meet again when you leave.
The flat is located in the junction of 4 very different but equally charismatic neighbourhoods, each 30 seconds walk away; to the south west - Soho, to the south east - Covent Garden, to the north east - Bloomsbury and to the north west - Fitzrovia.
The building is 1 min walk from Tottenham Court Road and Covent Garden tube stations which connects you to airports: Heathrow (40 min), Gatwick (60 min), Stansted (60 min) and train stations like: King Cross/St Pancras (10 min), Liverpool Street (10 min), Victoria (15 min). Why not take a rental bike from outside the development to one of many of the sights; Royal Opera House (5 min), British Museum (5 min), London Eye (10 min), Tate Modern (15 min), etc. Or go for a walk to: Soho (1 min), Covent Garden (1 min) or a run in Regents Park (10 min).
Other Things to Note
The property benefits from a modern ventilation system but like most residential buildings in West and Northern Europe does not have air conditioning but a floor standing fan can be provided for warm days.
To cool the flat further simply open windows.
Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including your flat/room/under extractor fan/out the window. You have to go down and outside the building to smoke.
To respect everyone’s right to rest it must be quiet between 10.30pm and 7am and you can expect the same from the others in the building.
Clean sheets and towels provided for 1-2 people.
Even if CHris couldn't be there when I arrived, he did all he can for me to get in the flat easily and feel like home! Very nice view and modern flat! Exactly what I was looking for!
No wonder why Chris is a super host. Very professional and available when needed. Great location. Great view. Feels like home.
Had a great time at Chris's flat, everything was perfect, very quiet even though the central location and in the busiest part of London!
Definitely recommend to those of you looking for a smart, clean, trendy pad for a few days stay in central London.
Great instructions from Chris on all his tech devices etc.
This is a great apartment and was perfect for my business trip. Spotlessly clean, all super mod-cons, fantastic city views, spacious, excellent location. All is exactly as described.
No problems at all with keys etc. Chris had a detailed doc with all instructions and tips on local area amenities and checked in with me during the stay to ensure all was well.
I'll definitely return.
Though we never met Chris as he was travelling (as us around new year’s eve !), it felt as if he was there !
He facilitated our stay from the beginning of our contacts till our departure from London.
Sending us the keys, giving us the opportunity to let our luggage in the hallway the day or our departure before to take our train, and taking news from afar, reassuring us on the fact we could join him at any time.
But we never had to disturb him as all his documentation was perfect and, above all, Chris’s flat is just a little paradise !
The pictures you can see are not lying.
It’s cosy, beautiful, calm, clean, warm, clear … If you like to cook, all what you need is there!
Even the premises and roofs in front are beautiful ! Yes, if you need real full intimacy you better close the curtains at some points… and so what ?
And we were very proud to detect that the colorful complex of buildings where is the Chris's apartment is easily seen from several places in London.
I recommend you to check this particularly from the Hilton's bar, close to Hyde Park, in front of a demoniac cocktail watching London from 28th floors !! high !
And about the location in London it’s perfect : 3 undergrounds, many buses around at not more than 5’ by foot.
You are in the middle of Soho and Covent Garden… What can you dream else ?

Chris was in communication from day one of our booking. We arrived early and key pick up was effortless. Lovely, clean, and modern apartment right next door to Google's European headquarters. Perfect location in Soho. We felt the apartment description was very accurate and would gladly stay again.
Chris is a welcoming and conscientious host. He communicated with me regularly prior to my arrival as to flight number and ETA. He was waiting for me on arrival to familiarise me with the flat. The flat is modern and uber cool, spacious yet cosy with numerous conveniences available. Chris communicated a few times during the week and also had some great recs for taxi bookings to take me to Paddington Station. I found Chris a terrific host and truly enjoyed my stay!
