Edmund's unit was very clean including the bath and as described on the website. He made arrangements for us to get into the unit ourselves. For a party of 5, it was spacious with enough linens and beds.
Though the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, on all nights there was loud music played by neighbors till late. The closest subway was about 15mins walk.
This was the most perfect place for me and my family. We arrived late night and the place was warm and ready for us. Fresh flowers, cold soda/water and vine, and fruit. We spend 7 nights here at Edmund's and several times we where in contact with Edmund, sometimes because we needed information about the neighborhood other times because Edmund was checking up if everything was OK or if we needed anything - that is good service!
We didn't find it a problem that the metro was 15 min. walk away, it was quit nice to come "home" to a calm neighborhood and relax in the cosy apartment.
If you want to go to NY and see/feel/live other places than Manhatten then 562 Lexington av. is the place to go, we will recommend it to every one :-)
It was a really nice experience. The apartment was clean, and where greeted with candies, fresh flowers, and wine. Edmund answered our questions when we where confused or needed directions. It was so pleasant. Being from Kansas, all we knew of was Manhattan so the commute to the city was a hard, but it was nice to come home to a beautiful place. Thank you Edmund. People Go to 562 Lexington Avenue!
My family and I stayed at Edmund's house over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was incredible. The accommodations were great. The home was cozy and there were heaters that kept us very warm. There was fruit, cold beverages, as well as a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.
Appartement was nice and totally clean. The announce was 100% correct. Edmund was really friendly and asked us several times if everything was ok. All necessary needs (maps , towels etc. ) were there.
Keep in mind you need a 15 minutes walk to the subway (myrtle av.) or a serious uber budget :-)
Thank you for everything Edmund.
