Perhaps we still don't know anything about this place, since we forgot to mention the fishing, hiking, river rafting, oh yes, that skiing-snowboarding thing, flying, kiting, biking - oh I mentioned that, but what-about-going dancing, symphony, Santa Fe Opera, chamber music, Desert Choral, then you could always just enjoy the songs of the birds in the Apartment's landscaped, lavender lovers backyard, breezeway shade, or sunny-tanning patio to read, write and draw the day away under the shade of the pines with your feet up finally with a local brew house beer, or switch to local viticulture wine or a cactus lemonade.

The apartment is spacious, clean, centrally located, and contains all the modern conveniences you could possibly want. Maggie was also a fantastic host, she picked us up/dropped us off at the train station, gave us a tour of the city, drove us out to see Los Alamos, and even took us to the grocery store! She also has great recommendations for sights, restaurants, and day trips. We would definitely stay with her again and highly recommend her apartment!
Maggie was the best host! My trip to Santa Fe was for work, but Maggie provided opportunities to make the trip fun too! She knows all the ins and outs of Santa Fe! The apartment was very tidy and had great amenities. Very centrally located. Perfect relaxed environment with a really cool host!
Maggie was great! We had a blast in Santa Fe staying in her apartment for a long weekend. The location is great and Maggie was very welcoming but not intrusive at all. I had a great massage at Body, which is just up the street. We would definitely love to visit again!
We had a great time in Maggie's apartment. She was an excellent host and gave us a warm welcome. Thanks very much. The apartment was super. It was convenient and comfortable with all the facilities you could want including a lovely garden. It was a nice walk to the centre of town.
Maggie was an exceptional host. She had wine & foccacia for us when we arrived from our 9 hour drive from DFW to Santa Fe. The apartment was sparkling clean, fully equipped, comfortable and quiet. The bed was soft and comfortable with ample pillows. It has a nice sitting area out back to relax after a day of perusing the galleries on the Plaza. Even though this was our 3rd trip to Santa Fe, Maggie is a great resource for the area history, places to see, and things to do while visiting.
This is such a great alternative to a hotel and with more peace, quiet, and privacy. We will plan our next trip around her open schedule so we can stay here again.
Thanks for everything!
David & Chris
We really enjoyed staying with Maggie. She is a respectful, kind, friendly and helpful person and was an excellent host. The Airbnb listing was very accurate. As for the neighborhood, it's got the three L's: Location, Location, and Location! Maggie's place is on a quiet residential street but close to stores, restaurants and the Rail Runner train station. The apartment looks like it does in the photos and was immaculate and well equipped. All the appliances worked great.
When we booked the rental, we were a little concerned because we were staying for the month of July and there is no air conditioning. However it was not at all a problem! The days were warm but the apartment has so many windows that it never got too stuffy. And there is seating outside, under cover, which was really wonderful to have.
We would return to Maggie's in a heartbeat, and we hope to do so soon!

Five Things: Laughter, Sunlight, the dream of sailing again, the goal of hiking one certain local mt. peak and love.
My local travel is extreme, from rivers to churches, special open camp site days or celebration local dance events from two step to the Native celebrations. My interests in sports varies from arena games to fishing, camping, hiking here or sailing and fishing by the sea. Oh and then there's golfing I forgot to mention.... (2nd time).
My style of traveling is comfortable, clean, friendly, local connections, exploration and historical / cultural interests especially in the creative arts (sound, touch and feel - how did you make it?)
Motto: Keep going.
Continuously updating the outbound Santa Fe rolodex of greater and greater information, contacts, and things to see and do after each visit. From the oc-cult to cul-ture, art to politics, acupuncture – massage, sports ‘hot/cold/water/desert - stadium to solo, dining to cooking, dancing to meditation, astronomy to astrology, acupuncture to cartography, sky divers, piloting, kite flying to spelunkers, railroading to cyclist, swimmers to hikers, deep thoughts to who-dares-say --- if that locks down the latitude of leisure of your host(s) of the Santa Fe Apartment may possibly connect you with. Still, there's a secret spot or two left to share. And I forgot about all the golfing here (1).... And I'll learn from you, as the landscape is changing. We know people who know people, who can cater your meals, come to you for pampering, tour guide town, bring or take stuff, suggest activities, food, fun, wave you off activities of outrageous peril, and who can help you figure 'it' out if need be.
