We listen to music, play instruments, and make this place a cozy, warm place to stay. It is a big flat that provides each host with a comfortable and private place to stay.
The apartment is big enough to ensure everyone’s comfort.
The hosts can make use of the dinning room, an own fridge, a microwave oven, cutlery, the grill, the common TV, etc., under the host's commitment to take care of everything. Food is not provided. The bathroom is shared only with the guest of the second room we offer, if any.
Last but not least, our dogs live with us. They are 2 big friendly non-aggressive dogs.

Being in such a convenient place of the city makes the host easy to move around. There is a massive transportation offer available 24/7, whether taxi or buses (nearly all lines), that makes easy moving from one point of the city to another.
When the host arrives we explain some rules that he/she is expected to follow while being here. These are based in the common cohabitation rules such as the good use and care of the common places, furniture, and objects of the apartment. As a safety measure, no strangers are allowed into the building. We beg for your understanding.
