Bring hiking boots and fishing tackle to this ranch, which offers catch-and-release ponds, 150 acres to explore that are home to Elk, Oryx, axis and more! Cook in our outdoor kitchen, swim in the pool, and act like a kid again on our tire swings. Play ping pong, throw some darts, or challenge your friends and family to a game of cornhole or horseshoes. Rising star is 1 of 4 identical cabins (8 total on ranch)so check out Twinkling Star, Shooting star, or Western Star and bring the whole family! Rising Star (and the other cabins) is located within steps of our pool and outdoor kitchen. Each cabin is a one bedroom with its its own private kitchenette, bathroom, and living room. The bedroom has one queen bed and there are 2 additional twin beds in the loft above the living room. Need more space? Click on my profile to see our other listings here on the ranch. Pull right up to within 100 feet or less from the front door of any of our cabins . The ranch is about 15 minutes from the town square so a car is recommended. There are a lot of winding country roads that are great for cyclists.

Bring your fishing pole! Bring your hiking boots! Binoculars too. Ranch is over 150 acres so there’s lots of space to roam and adventure.

Because of this, we believe we offer a all hands on deck, immersive informative, and inclusive experience from our hosts’ and hostess’. From full property tours, hayrides and cookouts, unique viewings of our working ranch and everything that a “day at the ranch” entails, interactive one on one with our animals, sunset rides and nighttime fire pit chats with s’mores- we really believe in our place and it’s offerings of a true utopia
