This pool house is so quiet and tranquil. The bed faces west so the sun will rise behind you. Private bathroom with corner shower. If you have a problem or a suggestion please let us know prior to departure so we can meet your needs to the best of our ability. We may be away from the house, but can always be reached thru the app or phone. Temporarily we are suspending access to the main house. All-access to pool house will be along walk beside the house and into the pool house.

The space
The pool house isn't a whole house. It is a bedroom and a sink and a shower and toilet. The pool house doesn't have a microwave or fridge .That is it, if you have questions please ask before you get there. We have a large saltwater pool that you may use. Please ensure children are supervised and you are aware when the sliding door to the pool area is opened an alarm will chime. An alarm chime also happens when the pool house door is opened. You may not disarm the sliding door and pool house chime, Smoke and CO Detectors. There is no smoking anywhere on the entire property. Guest access
It has a Keurig coffee maker. There is no microwave or refrigerator. Please see pics of inside poolhouse, if questions please ask before booking. We will work with everyone the best we can. Inside main house where we live is full kitchen, microwave, washer & dryer which you may use upon request.

Other things to note
No smoking, vaping policy, or recreational drugs for the entire property.

Verizon is the only carrier that works in this area.

This home is in use and when you rent a room other guests could be there and we ( the owners) could be there. All rooms rented will have items that are ours or our kids.

If you need more space in a closet or in a drawer let us know.

If you rent a room that has a shared bathroom , it is really shared.

You can not disarm any safety device such as door chimes on sliding and poolhouse door, Smoke and CO Detectors.

Also, as a non-profit, we are pleased to offer our rate lock guarantee!!! stay once with us and you never pay more than that rate again. If your cost per night is greater on your return stay, please remind us of you prior stay and we will gladly reduce your rate down to your original stay. Should your return visit be less, please enjoy the lesser rate. We do however just use the original nightly rate you had on your first stay with us, this does of course just room fees, it DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TAX...if the government changes a tax, you pay what that rate is at time of booking
