Great place to stay with an affordable rate. It looked just like it did on the pictures, very accurate. After a few hiccups trying to get in to the room - which the owner addressed quickly, and confusion as to what key pass to use for pool access (again, addressed quickly), we had a fabulous time! The room was clean, and had everything we needed - we even decided to stay an extra night, which was handled easily. The heated lazy river, pools and hot tubs - both indoor and outdoor, were fantastic! The only "negatives" I can think of were that the internet was slow, and it was down a few times everyday, and the coffee maker could be bigger if 4 people are staying. Other than that we had an excellent stay, and I will definitely rent this condo again - and have already recommended it to friends. Thanks!

Close to the beach and pool. Nice compfy plcae. Clean and great customer service from the managing company. Face the lazy river pool. Total 10 pools in the resort and a 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach. Absolutely loved the stay and will definately stay again.

We have two types of rental agreements for our guests . Each guest will receive an emailed copy of one of the
2 types of agreements. Each guest will be asked to review agreement and acknowledge by replying to the email and providing your contact information. Please see agreements below:

This agreement constitutes a contract between the guest(s) and CHERYL LACY, , dba CHERYL LACY PROPERTIES , Owner. Please read this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement thoroughly. Any monies received by Cheryl Lacy Properties for occupancy of vacation property indicate the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to be familiar with all policies within this agreement. This rental agreement is entered into by and between the renter, hereinafter referred to as "Guest", and Cheryl Lacy Properties hereinafter referred to as "Owner".
1. Reservation Requirements- Reservations are not considered "guaranteed" until a signed rental lease agreement and payment of 100 % of the total rental fee including tax, plus 100 % of damage waivers, cleaning fees, or any additional items, are received by Owner at the appropriate office. Reservations will require$260.00 payment in full on reservation date and balance of payment 14 days before checkin.
2. Accepted Forms of Payment- MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Paypal.
3. Cancellations-Cancellatons done greater than or equal to 60 days before check-in will receive a 96% refund. Cancellations done less than 60 days before checkin are subject to our No Refund Policy, .. If we are able to rebook condo, guest will receive a 30% refund.
4. Security Deposit - A Security/Damage deposit of $260.00 t is required at check-in, and must be paid via credit card or Paypal! No checks accepted . This security deposit will be returned within 30 days of the departure date, provided proper check-out procedures are followed, and there is no breakage or damage to the premises. Refunds usually occur within 24 hours of checkout . Only one cleaning per stay will be provided. Additional cleanings available at $50.00 per cleaning.
5. Confirmation of reservation(s) - Confirmation of the reservation will be emailed, faxed, or mailed to Guest(s) upon receipt of the reservation advance payment. Please read the confirmation for accuracy of dates, mailing address, number of adults and/or children and accommodations. Any errors must be directed to the reservations department immediately. The confirmation will contain your room code and your internet access information.
6. Refund Policy - Owner(s) cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to our office immediately. Ownet will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of appliances or equipment. No refunds for early decpartures (less days than reserved) ~ No refunds will be given for delayed arrival ~ No refunds for reducing the number of nights

7. Acts of God - Neither Owner nor Owner shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, or inclement weather. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
8. Age Requirements - Guests under the age of 21 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to register and will lose all funds paid to Owner. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in loss of advance payments and possible removal of guest from rental unit. No Fraternities, No Sororities, No House Parties, No exceptions! Violations of this will result in immediate eviction with no refund of any monies. The Owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
9. Reservation Change Fee - All reservations that need date and/or property changes are subject to a non-refundable $35.00 . rescheduling fee per change. All changes must be made no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds for changes involving booking of fewer days. Changes involving addition of days will be billed for additional days.
10. Check-In is at 3:30pm/Check-Out is at 11:00am -- Check-in takes place at the following: _____ 1105 S. Ocean Blvd, unit 102 Myrte Beach South Carolina, 29577. Guest must text message stating that they are at the resort and are ready to check in upon check-in confirming their arrival and attach a copy of driver's license and send to (EMAIL HIDDEN) in order to have door code activated. Access is not allowed until the property is ready for occupancy. No exceptions to this policy will be made. Owner will use reasonable efforts to have the rental property ready for Guest(s) occupancy at check-in time, but Owner cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy. A code will be provided on the day of reservation which will be effective during guest stay only. If guest code is compromised, guest should request a new code by emailing (EMAIL HIDDEN) CHECK-OUT TIME IS before 11:00 AM - NO EXCEPTIONS! Check-out takes place via express check-out by emailing (EMAIL HIDDEN) and is strictly enforced so that Owner has adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest.. Guests that do not vacate the rental property and email (EMAIL HIDDEN) by 11:00 AM without the consent of the Owner are subject to a fee equal to one (1) rental day.
11. Maximum Occupancy - At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the home sleeps, including infants. Occupancy limits are in accordance with rules of the State Fire Marshall's Office. Sleeping limits shows as (for instance) "sleeps 4". Guests and visitors must be preapproved by owner in advance. (Each child counts as one guest). For approved additional guests (over 12 years of age), you will be charged $15.00per night per guest. There is no charge for children 12 years of age or under. If you bring in extra guests or visitors without prior
approval and payment, guest(s) will be asked to vacate the property. Any security payments and all rent will be subject to forfeiture. Absolutely No House Parties Allowed!!
12. Furnishings - Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be taken out or transferred from one property to another. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the guest(s).
13. Items Guest(s) Must Provide - Any personal articles, any food and drink items, coffee filters, paper towels, napkins, foil, favorite pillow, videos, and a good book. Extra towels for pool and spa usage are suggested.
14. Linens - A basic supply of linen is provided in each property. Bed linen is not changed during your stay unless you request extra service at a cost of $50.00. Bath towels are changed daily during your stay at no extra charge.. You can email (EMAIL HIDDEN) to exchange dirty bed linen for clean bed linen or to request additional cleanings. . Also, if you require additional cleanings, email (EMAIL HIDDEN) There will be an additional cleaning fee assessed. The startup set of bath soap, toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags are not replenished accept with additional cleanings. Additional cleanings are $40.00 per cleaning.. You are initially provided with enough linen for your stay. There is no laundry facility available at the resort, however, we can recommend independent laundry services and coin operated laundries
15. Rental Assignment Change - Owner reserves the right to change Rental Assignments without prior notice or liability in the event of a sale of the rental property, or if the unit becomes unavailable. When comparable accommodations are not available, guest(s) will have the option of selecting from available properties or receiving a complete refund.
16. Pets - You acknowledge that NO PETS are allowed in or on the premises unless Owner has expressly authorized such use. Specific rules must be followed. Our No Pet homes do not allow pets anywhere on or about the premises. IMPORTANT: Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in a $200 fine, immediate eviction and loss of all rents

17. Pest Control - Many different pests live and thrive in this region. Your unit has been professionally treated by a commercial pest control company with precise and complete preventative treatments in an effort to keep all the pests and bugs outside. Should you experience a pest control issue, please contact guest services so Owner may attempt to eradicate the problem.
18. Listings and Pricing - Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all the information on Owner's website(s) is current and accurate. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice.
19. Indemnification and Hold Harmless - Guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guest(s) use and occupancy of the rental property including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s).
20. Violation of Agreement - If Guest(s) violates any of the conditions of this Agreement, Owner may terminate this Agreement and enter premises. Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Guest(s) shall vacate the Premises immediately and forfeit all rents and security deposits.
21. Credit Card Agreement –(not applicable for bookings done through third party provider) I am providing my credit card number as a guarantee of payment to Owner. I agree to pay all rent and charges related to property rental. I accept all terms of the lease agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of my lease with Owner. I understand that these costs will be charged to my credit card. In the absence of another payment arrangement, I authorize Owner to charge my credit card for payment of these items. Owner
may use any funds received from me upon Owner's receipt of such funds.
22. Lost and Found – Owner nor property owner will be responsible for guest(s) personal property left behind or lost during stay. If we are able to find an item left behind we are willing to ship it to the registered guest upon request. Shipping charges will be charged to the guest once we are given a valid credit card number. (We do not accept AmEx) Items unclaimed will be held for a maximum of 14 days at which time the owner reserves the right to dispose of or may elect to donate the item(s) to a local charity. Please read, sign, copy, and return entire contract within 3 days! Upon receipt of signed rental agreement, Owner will make a confirmation number available to guest and will r email confirmation to guest ..
23.PLEASE NOTE VACATION RENTAL GUESTS HAVE COMPLETE ACCESS TO ALL POOLS, JACUZZIS AND PARKING. USE OF OTHER AMMENITIES IS RESTRICTED. 3 POOL ACCESS CARDS ARE AVAILABLE IN YOUR ROOM – pool access cards must be left in room at checkout. A $40.00 fee per card will be assessed if cards not left in TV pouch.
24. Please note check-in is 3:30 pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Pool and parking access card is located in TV pouch in family room. Access cards must be left in TV pouch at checkout. Please note that you should not place access card near your credit cards as your credit card will demagnetize your access card and make it unuseable. For issues with access cards, email (EMAIL HIDDEN) A fee of $40.00 per card will be assessed if access cards are not left in TV pouch at checkout.Please note this is a non smoking room.Please note no pets are allowed.For question about maintenance, email or text (EMAIL HIDDEN) For receive a new room code email or text (EMAIL HIDDEN) disposal- Garbage can be maintained on a daily basis by taking trash to one of the bins in the parking garage or taking it out to the overflow bin on your balcony.
26. Please note that in order to receive full security deposit refund, room must be left in move-in condition.
This includes insuring that all doors and windows are in the locked position. A report of open zones will be produced at checkout. When you arrive at the resort you can park initially in the resort front parking lot. To get to your room, go into the lobby, directly to the elevators. Go to the ground floor. Take the corridor on the opposite side of the parking corridor. You will be facing the indoor pool area. Take the left corridor and go through the double doors. Unit 102 is on the end. Your parking and pool access cards will be in a container in front of the television in the family room. You can then park your car in the parking garage at the intersection of Ocean Blvd. and 11th Avenue. And come back down the ramp and through the double doors . Take a left at the elevators, turn in front of the indoor pool area, and then take another left throught the double doors and back to your room. Access to your vehicle should be convenient from here. You can access outdoor pool area by coming down corridor from your room, walking through double doors, into indoor corridor and through another set of double doors. Please note that vacation renters have complete access to all pool facilities both inside and out and parking facilities, however all other amenities are restricted including hotel restaurants, bowling alley, game room, karaoke, etc. Please use pool/parking access cards(3) located in tray in front of family room television. .There will be a $40.00 fee charged for each parking card that is not left in your room at check-out.
27. A portion of your total amount will be collected up front to guarantee your reservation. The balance of your total amount will be due 14 days before your check-in date. If the balance of your total amount is not paid by 14 days before your checkin date, the amount collected to guarantee your reservation will be retained by Cheryl Lacy Properties and will not be refunded to you.
28. A credit card must be kept on file in case there is a need to asses any incidental charges. (only for guests booked through Cheryl Lacy Properties.

30. Please note that a gym membership is included in your stay at no extra cost to you. To activate membership, we must have a credit card on file in case there are damages at gym. (normally gym has damage waiver, so this should not be an issue but the card should be on file for our recrds.) To active, please fill in information in the space provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please go to front desk upon arrival and let them know that you are a guest in unit 102 so that they can print a parking slip that you can place on your car dash board. ONE PARKING SPOT FOR GUEST

NO TOWEL SERVICE AGREEMENT
Please note that you are opting to provide your own bath towels and dish towels and opting not to use our daily towel service . You will need to bring enough bath and dish towels for your stay.
We can recommend a Laundromat to launder your towels if needed.

When you arrive at the resort you can park initially in the resort front parking lot. To get to your room, go into the lobby, directly to the elevators. Go to the ground floor. Take the corridor on the opposite side of the parking corridor. You will be facing the indoor pool area. Take the left corridor and go through the double doors. Unit 102 is on the end. Your parking and pool access cards will be in a container in front of the television in the family room. You can then park your car in the parking garage at the intersection of Ocean Blvd. and 11th Avenue. And come back down the ramp and through the double doors . Take a left at the elevators, turn in front of the indoor pool area, and then take another left throught the double doors and back to your room. Access to your vehicle should be convenient from here. You can access outdoor pool area by coming down corridor from your room, walking through double doors, into indoor corridor and through another set of double doors. Please note that vacation renters have complete access to all pool facilities both inside and out and parking facilities, however all other amenities are restricted including hotel restaurants, bowling alley, game room, karaoke, etc. Please use pool/parking access card located in tray in front of family room television. .There will be a $40.00 fee charged for each parking card that is not left in your room at check-out.
27. A portion of your total amount will be collected up front to guarantee your reservation. The balance of your total amount will be due 14 days before your check-in date. If the balance of your total amount is not paid by 14 days before your checkin date, the amount collected to guarantee your reservation will be retained by Cheryl Lacy Properties and will not be refunded to you.
28. A credit card must be kept on file in case there is a need to asses any incidental charges. (only for guests booked through Cheryl Lacy Properties.

30. Please note that a gym membership is included in your stay at no extra cost to you. To activate membership, we must have a credit card on file in case there are damages at gym. (normally gym has damage waiver, so this should not be an issue but the card should be on file for our recrds.) To active, please fill in information in the space provided.
31. at checkout you must text (EMAIL HIDDEN) and note your intention. You will receive a reply with instructions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please go to front desk upon arrival and let them know that you are a guest in unit 102 so that they can print a parking slip that you can place on your car dash board. ONE PARKING SPOT FOR GUEST
