The space
The 70 sqm appartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples or a big family. The terasse has free seaview and the bedrooms are located beside a silent courtyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microoven, dishwasher, washing mashine etc. You have AC in both bedrooms and in the livingroom/kitchen. There is also a two 55” TV (one with Chromecast built-in) and 100/100 fiber with Wi-Fi.

You only have the the wellknown and eventful Promenade des Anglais between.
On the backside of the building you have bakery, supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers etc. You even have playground and swimminghouse.
