  • Very efficient on arrival. Perfect location for us, good transport links but also a great area to be in - we loved the 2 local organic supermarkets. Flat was comfortable and well done out.

Only criticism is that the kitchen tap needs replacing as we struggled to turn it off.

We're not the sort to return to the same place twice but we may make an exception for this.

  • excellent apartment! We were a young couple not overly familiar with Berlin. It was really well located for us, and the apartment itself was really well maintained. Juliana and Leland were really helpful and check in/out was uncomplicated and smooth. Transport links are great. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely stay with them again!

  • We had really nice time in this apartment. It is well equiped and in excellent location. Just 4 tram stops from Alexanderplatz and from there we usualy went for a walk to Brandenburg Tor (approx. 2km)
Our remarks are related to check in. Usualy guests are given basic information about public transportation, grocery shops etc.. We literaly only got keys. Also, we couldn't reach agent on his mobile phone. We find inappropriate communicating over email about issues that need to be solved as soon as possible.

Anyway, we recommend this apartment to future Berlin visitors!

  • As a solo traveler this was a great apartment for me. Tram stop right outside the apartment which ends at Alexanderplatz. Lots of wonderful places to buy food in the neighborhood, but a little quieter than being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. When I return to Berlin I will see if this apartment is available. It lacked nothing in terms of amenities and is in a perfect location.

  • Julianna's apartment in Prezlauerberg Allee was perfect for our stay in Berlin. We did not meet Julianna but her colleague, Leland, was very helpful and friendly checking us in. Fabulous location from where we walked or cycled to all other areas. The immediate area has a plethora of great cafes, restaurants and shops and seems to be a tranquil and creative neighbourhood. Tram to Alexanderplatz right outside the front door. The apartment was secure, light, airy, clean and well equipped. We would definitely recommend it as a great base for your Berlin visit. Thanks Julianna.

  • We unfortunately would not recommend Juliana's place. First, the apartment is very bare, with no decoration at all. Most importantly, it is merely a business, run by a company. Juliana was impossible to talk to, pretending thru SMS that she had either no credit left (although we were the ones calling...) or no battery left...
When requesting help with a late check out, we were told to leave our bags at the station, with no further help,

  • My warmest recommendations to Juliana. She was a perfect host. We had some trouble with the lock on the frontdoor at first but it was solved swiftly. The flat was fantastic, it had everything we needed, clean and comfy.

  • This nice little flat is both near the center and the quiet neighborhood of Kollwitzplatz. I spent several weeks there and really enjoyed feeling "at home" after work. Previous comments complain about the cleanliness or the lack of cooking gear, it has now been improved !
Juliana is a very helpful hostess, it was a real pleasure to make her acquaintance and to deal with her !

I am Juliana . I fell in love with Berlin years ago. I work in Prenzlauer Berg, an amazing neighboorhood in this city. My neighboors got to know me and when they are traveling (via Airbnb!) I take their keys and look forward to meet nice and interesting guests from all over the world. Come home to Berlin!
