It feels like home away from home. If I were travelling, I would be looking for a place with these amenities. Three blocks from the ocean and yet public transportation is 1 minute away to take you to downtown (25min) transfer to cable car etc.
In such a compact city as San Francisco, space is a luxury, and in this spacious private apartment, you get a comfortable and peaceful stay with access to a private kitchen and bathroom! A queen sized bed is provided as well as a sofa bed for 2 extra guests. It can fit up to four people comfortably. It comes with wireless internet service and a color T.V.
A centralized location, you are a block away from the L Taraval MUNI bus that would take you directly to Downtown San Francisco, where you can visit Union Square among Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Nieman Marcus, the Orpheum Theatre with quaint restaurants. It is 2.5 miles from S.F. State University.
Three blocks away from the beach, you can enjoy a hike with a nice view of the ocean, go surfing, or take a quiet stroll along the coast. Driving is 7 minutes to the famous Cliff House and Beach Chalet where you can dine while you watch the beautiful sunset. It is just 5 minutes walking distance to the Java Beach Café, a popular coffee and sandwich shop with free wifi and outdoor seating and the San Francisco Zoo. Within walking distance, you will find a pharmacy, bakery, ethnic restaurants such as Chinese, Japanese, or Thai, post office, supermarket and many other shops.
A piano is available in the apartment, and you may jingle a few tunes as you wish, or if you happen to be a concert pianist, you have the chance to keep up your fingers even while away from home.
Street parking is available 24/7 except for street cleaning once every other week. The laundromat is located six blocks for your convenience.
Please keep the place in its original clean condition, with dishes washed and put away and trash in the bin.

Yet minutes away from eateries nearby.
Parking is free around this area with no meters or time limit.
Please observe street cleaning days (every other week). Car rental (enterprise) can offer pick up from here (with advance notice) if you need. Muni bus "L" Taraval (half a block away) will take you downtown (25min) Powell street station, transfer to cable car ride or "F" light rail bus to fisherman's wharf or Alcatraz. Maps of San Francisco, wineries and other attractions with discount coupons are provided.
East Bay can be accessible through Bart by getting off Civic Center though Embarcadero station. For details : (website hidden) or 415 673-muni(6864) Please ask for a transfer from Muni driver for proof of receipt every time and use it for(free) transfer to other muni lines to your destination (expiration time to use transfer is printed on the transfer.) Cable car is $7.00 adults. Under 4 free. Muni ride $2.25 adults, $1.00 (age 5-17). Under 4 free.
Other Things to Note
No pets, no smoking, and no drugs! Please just be respectful of your neighbors with your noise level. Before checking out, wash all dishes and clean up all spills and leave place as you found it.
There is a queen sized sofabed that can sleep two in addition to the queen sized bed.
Towels and Linens are provided for all guests. Shampoo and soap can be provided, if needed. Just request for it ahead of time. We recycle, so paper bags are provided so you could separate plastics, garbage, and glass.
We are in a drought in California, so we don't wash towels daily. But if you require such service, we will be more than happy to comply. Please leave your used towels outside your unit to clean for you.
Please leave shoes in the foyer before entering the carpeted apartment.
Ethernet cable and wireless internet available. Wireless connection is stronger for laptops rather than I-Pads, so bringing a laptop is recommended.
Occasionally I teach music lessons upstairs, so you may hear piano or violin being played and the doorbell rung for each student.
