No pets, no smoking, and no drugs! Please just be respectful of your neighbors with your noise level. Before checking out, wash all dishes and clean up all spills and leave place as you found it.

Great experience with Jennifer as a host. The apartment was exactly as advertised and Jennifer and her family were very courteous and polite.
We love the Outer Sunset area of SF, so when I saw a place available, I grabbed it! It's incredible close to transit stops on Taraval, and you can walk in a little further if you'd like to hit restaurants on Judah or Noriega. The place itself is comfortable and open, and Jennifer is very easy to work with. If you'd like to stay near the beach in a safe place and have easy parking, this is a great option. Although most people go to SF to see the city, you're able $2.25 away and 15 minutes from being straight in the heart of San Fran via the L train.
Wonderful first experience here in San Francisco with Airbnb! Nice area two blocks from the beach. Nifty shopping center close by with many shops. Cafe right down 45th st. Cozy, inviting apartment with helpful and gracious host who are there for every question you may have to ask.
I submitted a request to book Jennifer's apartment the day before my Mom was due to arrive in town. To my great relief, Jennifer responded to and approved my request almost immediately. Jennifer was very communicative, which made me feel very comfortable since I had booked the apartment so my mom could stay close by while visiting. The listing is very accurate
Jennifer and her family were super nice and accommodating. The space was roomy, clean and safe. The mattress and linens were very comfortable and I'm pretty picky about that stuff. I'm originally from SF and was up visiting family, so I know what to expect from the Outer Sunset; lots of quiet, wide streets and parking. One thing I totally spaced on was the proximity to the Muni Metro Light Rail. By the end of the week I was pretty used to it, but the first two nights, even with earplugs, it woke us up quite a few times. It goes by very often and only breaks for a few hours during the night. Just something to consider if you're a light sleeper. However, if you're depending on public transit, the Metro is the fastest way to get around the city and it's very easy to catch from there. I had read other reviews about piano lessons, but I only heard one and my baby was still able to sleep through it.
Spacious and clean - exactly as pictured and described. Really lovely host family. We were traveling with little ones and some organic milk was purchased and left in the fridge for us on arrival. What a kind and thoughtful touch!
Jennifer was a great host. Only met her once but she was very accommodating on check in and check out. She also was very helpful in suggesting how to visit Alcatraz. The room is lovely, very calming. The area is very quiet but that's what we wanted. All in all a nice spot!
I am a musician, and currently teaching in San Francisco. I have lived in the Bay Area for all my life, but also like to travel. Any questions about accommodations at this SF getaway home, please don't hesitate to contact me!
I hope to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible!
